The caged bird sings with a fearful trill, of things unknown, but longed for still. And her tune is heard on the distant hill, for the caged bird sings for freedom.His lips hovered just above mine. I could feel my senses numbing, all I wanted was to feel his lips on mine again. "You don't feel the mating pull?" He started, "because it's telling me to rip these goddamn clothes off of you and fuck you senseless right against this wall, make you howl my name so the whole pack knows I'm claiming you as mine."Lucille Hardings could only describe her life as being caged. Follow rules as she was the daughter of an Alpha, a leader. And if that wasn't enough, she also turned out to be the fated mate of another Alpha. He wasn't fond of her younger age and didn't think she was fit to become Luna. That rejection, that suffering made her run. She ran from everything safe, her pack, and turned rogue.
