Nurul reda dengan takdirnya, namun majlis perkahwinan mereka dikejutkan dengan kemunculan Atikah. Malah lebih mengejutkan apabila Atikah tetap merayu Idham untuk kembali kepadanya. Bagaimanapun Idham bertegas menolak Atikah walaupun dia tidak yakin bahawa hubungannya dengan Nurul akan berjaya.

Di awal perkahwinan, hubungan Idham dan Nurul hambar. Namun, lama-kelamaan hati Idham makin tertawan. Bagi Nurul pula, dia tidak kisah bagaimana layanan Idham kerana dia percaya Idham mengahwininya kerana lelaki itu mahu menjunjung egonya.
Atikah tetap muncul dan cuba mendapatkan Idham semula menyebabkan hubungan Idham dan Nurul sering ada pasang surutnya. Ditambah pula kewujudan Kasyaf yang menjadi senjata untuk Atikah memporak-perandakan rumah tangga Idham dan Nurul.
