Sometimes, when things seem to fall down, and when we can't see anyone around to help us pick the fallen pieces up, we tend to do it by ourselves in silence.But I don't want for us to stay living with that mindset, because I still believe that help is everywhere - you can see it even at the most impossible places. And I wrote this book with the hope of being heard by someone, at least someone, because when I feel like the only solution is to give up, I write what I feel down.
