Life is challenging enough as it is.
For Skyelle life's challenges go beyond that. Life is a nuisance, a road block to the bittersweet end she desires. Cloaked in an ever present depression stemming from her lack of memory up to her seventeenth birthday, she's stuck in an endless cycle of teenage angst and morose bitterness.
And why wouldn't she be?
Without her memory of the years before and lungs that stop her from truly enjoying even the simplest of freedoms, she's in a cage made of her own body.
This all changes when fluttering figments, lifelike daydreams, start to interfere with everyday life.
Nine nameless men.
Nine faces hidden in light.
Nine voices of painful familiarity.
And a little girl who loved them dearly.
Her whole world rapidly changes as her memories return in annoying bits and pieces. With the help of a newfound friend, Mason, who may very well be the only one on her side, they run away from her past so that she may discover it before it's too late.
Before one of those hidden faces erases everything she's regained all over again.
Follow Skyelle as she discovers the horrors that unfolded in an ancient city she once lived in. She won't just discover who she was, but also who she is. All the while running from the very ones that swore to always be there.
