Being adopted by the leader of Cambodda clan when he was only seven, Sirius has never known what kind of shifters his parents were and what his animal was supposed to be. So when he finds out he is a Neko, it's plain obvious he is going to be ashamed, terrified and enraged. Especially when he finds out the boy he used to bully has a bear as an inner animal. So what better way of venting his frustration than starting to make Teddy's life a living hell? No weakling is supposed to have such a powerful inner animal anyways.
