'Animal's Opinion' is a SF book which describes the human beings, through animal's point of view.
Starting in 1986 with the Chernobyl nuclear disaster, the neurologist Raven Rhee discovers ankward behaviour within the beings who got in touch with the disaster's radioactivity, but her knowledge gets questionaible regarding the sudden changes experienced by the victims.
The main reason why Raven is trying to come up with solutions, is that her sister, Lexa Rhee, is one of the victims whose brain slowly stops working, according to the specialists.

The only way Raven will succeed saving her sister is by working with some of the animals that got exposed to radiation and have supernatural abilities.
