When Mr. Ivan Winworth adopted Andy and Alex. Andy thought all his prayers had been answered. For to be a Winworth, was to be eternally blessed. At least... that's the way Mr. Winworth explained it to be.

With all these beautiful displays of wealth as well as a caring, protective and charming new Papa. Andy had no reservations about living in Winworth. Alex; however, was weary from the very start.

Surrounded by an eternity of inferior hills, the palace of Winworth demands attention from all its surroundings. The same could be said of its sparse inhabitants. For the palace of Winworth is grand, opulent and oh so much more refined than Andy and Alex could ever hope to be. Though it isn't Winworth's fault that it carries a history of wealth, extravagance and ancestors past.

And though all of Andy's dreams had come true, slowly, peculiar things begin to catch Andy's attention. Like the screams in the middle of the night, the darkness of the northernmost wing, and the servants who carry such disdain for Papa and his new children.

Slowly Andy and Alex begin to realize Winworth as well as its inhabitants are not what they appear. For in Winworth and its surrounding inferior hills: lie secrets, obsessions and unresolved traumas. All of which Papa seeks to fix with his new Alice!
