During the battle, Peter and Green Goblin engage in a final confrontation, resulting in Peter taking a fatal blow. He dies in the arms of his loved ones, leaving behind a legacy that inspired a new generation of heroes. After Peter's death, the mantle of Spider-Man is taken up by Y/N, who becomes the new Spider-Man after making a promise to Peter.
