A short exploration into writing stories in the length of a tweet
@Po_113.
Lady Nott was a name whispered in fear. Whispered in envy and bitterness. Cruel, they said. Owner of a silver-tongue capable of bringing the most powerful of wizards to their knees. A murderer -- one of the most dangerous of all, because she walks free. Harry Potter -- The Boy-Who-Lived. The Saviour of the Wizarding World. The baby who defeated the darkest wizard of all time. He had his world shaken after a chance encounter with Ravenna Nott in Diagon Alley before his second year at Hogwarts School. As Voldemort attempts to recover his physical body to finish the job he started the night Harry became an orphan by his hands, unrevealing a witch's past becomes the key to winning the chess game reshaping the Wizarding World into the two sides of a war of Light versus Darkness. Not only must Harry hear Ravenna's piece to determine what type of man he wishes to become, but Albus Dumbledore must find a way to control the untamable when truths long buried start resurfacing the older Theo Nott grows. Disclaimer: I do not own the Harry Potter series or the characters and places therein. I take credit only for this story and my original characters. This story follows the events of canon until the fifth book.
As a home mentor myself, I generally suggest that individuals select coaches (counting home guides) in light of the accompanying:Home Tutor(https://pinnacleteacher.com/) ought to have a great compatibility with understudies: Energy, persistence, compassion, a funny bone, and generosity are vital. These things matter more than where the mentor went to school. All things considered, one's school doesn't improve one at connecting with understudies.Coaches ought to be educated about the subjects they guide: This is particularly the situation for the people who are mentoring more established kids, understudies, and graduate understudies.Unwavering quality is critical: Guides ought to show up on opportunity to meetings, and be accessible through email and telephone (sensibly speaking - 3 a.m. calls aren't sensible, clearly!).Guides ought to be energetic about schooling. Mentoring includes a ton of development, energy, and arranging - on the off chance that you're energetic about helping other people learn, you'll make great illustrations for your understudies, and in particular, your uplifting perspective will come off on your understudies (besides, you'll have some good times at work).
Dream has always been a peculiar child. I mean, if you count talking to endermen, a natural at pvp, a king of agility, having an unknown father, and having frequent, mysterious blackouts, a peculiar thing. You see, Dream has a suspicion of what he is: a Dreamon. And Dreamon's are feared and hated by society...but something just doesn't add up. If he's a Dreamon, shouldn't he be...worse? Whatever the case, Dream has bigger problems at hand at the moment: both his parents are leaving. Now in charge of the family, Dream must take on the responsibilities to support them. He decides his weird skills could be used in the King's royal games: Minecraft Championship and Minecraft Manhunt. Dream easily becomes a fan favorite with all his plays, and he's living his dream. Even when he's turned into the King's own pet assassin. But, like always, good things don't last. Dream's fears of being found as a monster heighten as he's followed by a mysterious fox man. And a similar mysterious group called the Ram Horns start popping up all around him. He doesn't know what's going on, but it gets worse when he gets visions - nightmares - of a strange creature, lurking in his conscience. Secrets unravel, questions unfurl, panic erupts, and a silence amongst chaos. Dream's world gets flipped inside out as two sides battle over control of him - and each side sees a different destiny for him. Dream must now question his existence - literally - on a question he's always wanted answers to: Who is he? But most importantly... What... is he.||Cover art by me||I also have no idea how to write descriptions forgive the cringe and random words
Ruthie lives in a world where everything is normal, as normal as it can get. However, a tragic car accident caused her to stop aging and enter a two hundred year coma. When doctors and scientists that have been studying her case for generations finally figure out how to release her from said coma, everything is different. No more gasoline powered cars, just electric cars that hover in the air instead of drive on the road with wheels. No more sidewalks, just tubes with moving floors and stairs. The culture shock is enormous for Ruthie. She's trapped in a world beyond her time, in a body far younger than her conscience, surrounded by technology far more advanced than her own.The only thing unchanged about her world is herself and the hospital room around her. The room never changed, through all those years. Same life machine, same bed, same chairs, same windows.Considering two hundred years had passed, it was no surprise the room had been moved. For now their were nuances of difference in the room. When the window was open to let fresh air in, it didn't smell of the ocean breeze. And Nurse Farrah no longer came, for she was long dead. Everyone that Ruthie knew was dead, her mother, her father, her sisters, her brothers, her grandparents, her friends, her pets.Upon waking, Ruthie is introduced to Reuben, a boy of many stories. He is assigned as her guide, teaching her about the culture she must now live in. He makes sure she doesn't get lost, and shows her the new world.Literally one cuss word. Get over it.I do not own any of the pictures, they were all pulled off of the internet and the credit goes to the respective artists/photographers.
