No, I knew it wasn't a normal day. Yes, I knew something was bound to happen. I was roaming the streets of New York, when something caught my eye. I remember seeing those grey eyes somewhere. He was always in shape. He had always had adoring facial features. I knew it was Coby. I went to go say hi all happy and cheery. My thoughts had changed when I saw him with Delia Chesterfield. That average mean girl at your high school. I had no idea THEY kept in touch. It should've been Coby and I keeping in touch. In what I could remember, Coby hated Delia's guts. What was so different now? I tried to turn away, but Coby noticed me and put a cold hand on my shoulder to keep me from turning."Violet? Wow. You look great! I haven't seen you in a while. Well except for Facebook," Coby's voice was deep, but not too deep so it would catch me in doubt."It's me... You look great, too." I slightly smile while rubbing my arm in fright. Delia was walking over.NO NO NO NO NO! KILL ME NOW!"OKAY... Lets save the compliments, shall we? Besides... Coby doesn't have time to compliment anyone else but me, isn't that right babe?" She is way over her head right now! I rolled my eyes.Delia looked confused as I heard mumbles in the distance. She then had a sour look on her face. I was playing around with my fingers and looking down. When I looked up, Delia was staring at me. I quickly looked back down. They soon after that walked back over to me. "I hope your happy Violet!" She whipped her head around and soon I heard, "Violet I need to tell you something." I was watching Delia walk away with tears running down her face. I ALMOST felt bad for her. I I quickly turned to Coby."U-um... Yeah shoot." I regret saying that, even to this day! It sounded so dorky."I-" To be continued.
