Poems From Another Sad Teenager is a collection of personal poetry highlighting the ups and downs of being a teenager in the 21st century. Dealing with topics of depression, anxiety, friendship, loss, healing, and growth, it gives a relatable narrative of what it's like growing from a child into an adult. Focusing on the little observations and realizations about reality and humanity that dawn upon a teenager almost every day, it sets an honest and even hopeful tone for the future.*•*•*•*•*Highest Rankings:#3 in Poetry#1 in Poem#1 in Shortpoems#1 in Personalthoughtsif you see that i've updated, just know that i'm not doing well.***PLEASE READ***I wrote this book on Wattpad. She is an outcast. She finds it easier to express what she feels in the form of writing. Whether it is poems, letters or long texts. These are poems that she writes trying to describe how it feels to live with certain mental health issues, in a world that disregards outcasts. So, these are on the darker side of the spectrum. Some poems might be distressing for some readers. I personally enjoy consuming dark content, it's kinda like a coping mechanism. I really hope none of you relate with any of these :) I'll be posting only poems here, I'll try to be as active as I can.The poems are not in any order. They are just the thoughts that pop up any time of the day.(8.11.2023) PS: Please check out 'safe space'. I need your help to make it a real safe space, readers! An antidote for the lost, the hurt, and the broken.Highest Ranking: #03 in Poetry [06/21/16]
This is a collection of my poems from when I was 15 to 23 years old. It's a little rough and raw, and awkward in some parts, the way we are at that age sometimes. In those years I was always looking at clouds and my favourite time of day was twilight. It was when I felt most connected to myself and to the One who made me. Reading these poems again, I wonder where all the ideas came from. But maybe some of you can relate, so I'm parking them here. Growing up can be a very vulnerable time, but it passes too quickly and if we're not careful we may lose that part of us that's gold.
This is for the lovers of sad POETRY. THANK YOU GUYS FOR YOUR SUPPORT, IT IS APPRECIATED. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
Penning down amateur poetry which is a tribute to all the heartbreaks I had and overcame. Lost love, failures, anxiety, unrequited longing, sucidial thoughts, disloyalty. No, I don't write my suffering. I write to bid a final goodbye when I muster enough courage to let things go. Things that held me back from being happier. To anyone who's out there struggling with themselves: You shared it with someone and were told it's just another beautiful dimension of you? That's bullshit. Because there's nothing beautiful about it. Just remember, you are stronger than you think. And time is relative.

"Once a man offered me his heart and I said no. Not because I didn't love him. Not because he was a beast or white-I couldn't love him. Do you understand? " - Poem after Frieda Kahlo's Painting The Broken Column, by Eduardo C. Corral
A collection of six poems, each exploring the limitations and social expectations that society places on women. These ideas are tossed aside as the question is asked, is this all the world has to offer us?

A collection of the descriptive kind, harbouring the all too soon forgotten feelings of 21. Poetry or words that poets seem to consider memorable. A memoir of my youth, an ode to the age of twenty's and one's.
