The Creator, The Healer, & The Empath.
Jane McAvee has the ability to summon her drawings to life and does so for the purpose of her own amusement until she learns that her best friend, Alice was presumed dead. Jane not realizing that Alice's is actually alive and in a comatose state since state officials discovered her body, Jane assumes that someone killed Alice. In retaliation, Jane becomes angry and assumes that the person who tried to drown Alice has not come forward and "punishes" the city of Cincinnati through bringing her drawings to life to terrorize the residents. However, the drawings get so out of control that the drawings begin attacking other regions of the United States putting the world in danger. So the president of the united states decides to completely ban art and the use of any art related tools as it pertains to drawing, painting, sculpting etc. This also follows with the mass production of government created drones to spy on people to see if they are breaking the law. Its up to Jane and pals to reverse what happened and to make things right.
