Nicotex: The saving grace for smokers.
Five Million is the number of deaths caused by smoking around the world, that is one stupendous number. Smoking kills more people than Alcohol, AIDS, Car accidents, Murders Illegal drugs, and suicides combined. It is difficult to assume that smoking started off as a pleasurable activity and now it has become more dangerous than a deadly disease like AIDS. While these diseases only kill the people who are affected, Smoking also affects people around i.e. Passive Smoking which account for 60,000 deaths worldwide.Most people start smoking in their teens and get addicted by adulthood. Cigarettes consist of nicotine which is an addictive drug; a puff drawn from the cigarette releases nicotine into your blood stream that quickly reaches the brain leading your brain to release adrenaline ;giving a kind of pleasure for the small amount of time. Very soon this pleasure subsides and the person becomes tired again wants some more puffs to escape. Thus, an addiction is formed. It has such a strong effect that it is very difficult to curb the desire once you get addicted. A sudden urge to quit smoking can get you nowhere as it increases your appetite for smoking and you go on full throttle next time. One should aim for slow consumption of nicotine, gradually reducing the nicotine content preferably in other forms other than cigarettes. Basically, a Nicotex is what you need.What is Nicotex?Nicotex is a chewing gum designed by Cipla to provide a partial replacement for nicotine found in a cigarette smoke. It acts as a cushion for the patients against the trauma of withdrawal. It must be taken by the intended user whenever the patient feels the urge to smoke. The usage of Nicotex must be gradually decreased making it easy for the patient to shun the smoking habit completely. It is no exaggeration to that Nicotex is the only saving grace for the smokers today.

Also if you don't like self-harm, suicide, or other mental illnesses then don't read. I prefer this story to be read by 15 or older due to sex scenes. There will be a lot of insults to many important people.

JAMES RAINBANK has gone into counseling at the request of his depressed mother, in order to keep her cheques coming. His unreliable therapist, Rosamund Hamilton, makes him keep a journal of his thoughts and feelings. James sends her these as letters, with more and more insulting language, especially after he walks out on their sessions. They continue to arrive at Rosamund's house long after James vanishes. With her partner Smith, she is given the job of solving the suspicious suicide rates of patients at James' hospital. Soon she suspects Eddie of foul play, and puts him under surveillance. James and Dave realise that Eddie is not after money at all, but to torture and murder Clara for her "cruelty" to him years before. After fleeing the scene, James and Dave see a mysterious bus pull up. Both climb on board and buy tickets, but at the last minute James fears for his life, and he jumps off. Dave does not, and vanishes. The Police find James and gather their case against him. In despair, James begins to receive strange letters from Dave. The letters tell of marriage with children, all photographed in front of cars and places that do not exist. The photographs lead Bharaj into knowledge of Operation Croatoan, a clandestine military science project that stalled in 1944. Another dimension has been discovered, that opens to a dark and dangerous land- known only as 1965B.
