Phoebe and Coop were happy in the beginning, they even planned on having children, the ever fickle Elders told Phoebe she and Coop can have children as long as she could still balance her work life, with her Charmed life and Coop could carry on his ever demanding job as a Cupid, someone like her brother in law Leo that was on call twenty four seven to help people.
