This is a book to help bring awareness to PTSD. Despite it's growth in awareness, there are still millions of individuals suffering with undiagnosed PTSD. Additionally, the full affect, and causes are still yet to be fully understood by society as a whole. Symptoms go far beyond what is typically seen in the media, and there are individuals who can't get diagnosed because they do not meet the typical symptoms. We need to stop with the stereotyping and spread awareness. 3.6% of the world is suffering, and how many of us are suffering in silence for the fear of being judged or hurt? Too many. This book will also serve as a safe space for me to vent and talk about my experiences and during episodes. PTSD is a thing that will affect you daily and a safe space is very important for healing. Any negative comments will be deleted.

However... this time he left him for longer then usual without contacting him which hurt aizawa very much. In his best friends absent he started cutting, tried suicide but was caught, became an alcoholic, and his sadistic side acted up more often as hizashi wasn't there to calm him. Shouta developed feelings for his best friend but never got the chance or wanted to confess in the fear of being rejected. He finally returns after 6 years and doesn't accept it. Shouta starts throwing up petals, flowers and along with pools of blood. He immediately recognizes it and just accepts death. He does start spending more time with his best friend which makes his disease worse. Hizashi plans on getting him the surgery but shouta always told him, "In my whole life, I would do anything even die if I had to forget that person who I love and been there with me most of the time even if they left," He muttered most of the last part but Hizashi thought he just mumbled something.
