The gym is a wonderful place for individuals who desire to better their personal health and fitness. There are many styles of training that can take place in the gym, all target different specific goals. Resistance training is an excellent style of fitness that allows the trainer to increase muscle mass. However, even with huge amounts of training, nutrition is the main player in achieving fitness goals. Nutrition is not a very well known area for many resistance trainers.
