He checked the ship it was a Decepticon Ship was occupied with female cybertronians who were former Decepticons until they were betrayed by Megatron. Felix decided to lead them because of his powerful "Ability" and the group was called the Decepticon Outcast and hopefully to restore glory Honor and Peace to America once and for all.
