I stopped midway and also stared back grinning. Using my thumb and my forefinger, I locked her chin in place before making a light lick on her upper lip."Open your mouth," I whispered and completely closed the distance between our lips.I smiled to myself when my tongue was able to open her mouth. Yearning for more, I started to probe inside as I went deeper and deeper. Every time I tried asking for more, she'd make small whimpering sound and kept tugging at the front of my suit every time I did.Once in a while, I'd feel her pulling back. The asteroid was foreseen at too late of a time for any plans to be decided upon, as it was just under a fortnight before.Decades ago, Scottish artist Frances Alessandra Meikel had sold a 7-foot-tall bronze sculpture to the United Nations Secretariat Building, which was of Igor, a Siberian Husky, and Jack, an Alaskan Malamute, colloquially named Humanity's Peacekeepers. It was erected in front of the building after the Russian-American agreement to dispose of all nuclear weapons and warheads for a better future for humanity. Every country around the world had signed said treaty and followed suit. Despite the good intentions and seemingly nonexistent negative consequences, it meant that no nuclear weapons were at disposal to destroy the asteroid and lessen the impact.In spite of this, many people from around the world have went to the statue outside the building to pray for the safety of everyone and pay tribute, with offerings and messages. All of humanity had awaited for the dreadful day to arrive with mixed feelings, and as the people crossed off the ninth day of the month, the knell of humanity had deafeningly rung......but the life of two verdigris dogs had just begun.

Tales From the GMATY: The Soul Eater Division 1. Soul Eater
The Soul Eater Division is the story of Detective Soul Eater, a Death Scythe who is yet unable to transform into a Scythe. She's the leader of her team, Cobra, Juggernaut, Blue Star, and Hex.She and all of her team mates were once disciples at the GMATY, an academy created by the Grim Reaper, Dr. Death, to keep Demons from escaping into the Human World and wreak havoc. People are not picked at random to attend the academy--they have to have special blood, called deshi blood. The disciples attend the academy for ten years, from six to sixteen, and from there they can choose to become a police officer, a detective on a team of five, join the military, or the special forces.Soul Eater is a Death Scythe. Death Scythes have the ability to, after devouring a certain number of Demon and witch souls to transform into a Scythe and be wielded by someone who they can match their soul wavelengths with. There are only 13 Death Scythes, and only five of them have mastered the ability to become a weapon, including Soul's father, Vim.Soul's goal in life is to surpass God, and become an unstoppable Death Scythe.Dr. Death assigns Soul and her team to find a Hybrid--a human who has strayed from the pure soul to eat the souls of humans and transform into a Demon--and it comes to their attention that the Hybrid is being created by a powerful witch named Abelinda. Soul Eater and her team, along with Death's fifteen year old son, Grim the Kid, set out for Story, Wyoming where Abelinda and the Hybrid are hiding out. There they discover that Abelinda turned her own son, Yasha, into a Hybrid, and a raging battle ensues. Abelinda and Yasha escape, and Soul and her team are forced to return back to the GMATY empty-handed.But Abelinda is planning something sinister, and there is something in Soul that Grim sees...that may not be a good thing.
