Around just the beginning of fall, Shoto was about done with his late night patrol, until a villain had appeared right on the spot with a small boy as a hostage. Shoto managed to save the small boy but in the process the boy activated his quirk for the first time. Shoto assumed nothing bad would happen and the boy's quirk was to create smokescreens, but the nest day Shoto woke up with a surprise.
