Story For A Song
Okay so here's my first official series. I'm going to try and write short stories based of songs I like. Some will probably be quite similar to the story in the song but for songs with less obvious meanings it's going to be more my interpretation of them. nothing fancy for now just for fun really. 19 year old Alexandra Fleetwood is a runaway orphan of the town of Nottingham. She has an unfortunate run in with a band of outlaws that don't take kindly to people crossing their territory. Thankfully, Robin Hood and his band of merry men show up and release her, just to have to chase her through the forest after she escapes from both bands of outlaws. After joining the outlaws, she soon becomes known as the newest merry 'man,' by the people of Nottingham, not knowing that she is a female.Soon after, a young man is found in the outlaws part of the forest.He joins the band and he and Alex soon form a bond and are soon 'a bit more than friends,' as the others called them.While in town, the outlaws get into a fight with some of the guards and are forced to retreat, guards in tow.After being separated from the band, Alex and the boy are chased through Sherwood forest and are injured while escaping.Based off of Robin Hood BBC

Gryphon Wood, a land of great mass located somewhere between here and there in the time of then and now holds many wonders and curiosities. Home to a variety of races, kingdoms, towns and varied landscapes. As with any place there are peaceful times and there are turbulent times. There are those who are caring and just, those who are evils and filed with contempt for others to those in between,. Towns and cities filled with wonderment and beauty and some filled with danger and fear. To all these attributes make Gryphon Wood an interesting place to live or just visit. Now we will start in the south eastern area of the land, in a small but bustling port town called Tetera. With its ships and visitors coming and going and traders selling their wares in the open market place to those young ones seeking entrance into the Moonblade Academy.
