Creating a barrier(the shimmer) around them they must learn to get along to defeat the surrounding packs, unknown to most, the death of a Mystic from its own species can lead to completely species annihilation.Her pack is trapped in the royals territory-the wild hate the tames vise verse and all ignore the fact they like raelyn and she is either wild or living with tames.
