Lumintek's president will have a conference to secretly discuss with representatives of other corporations about their joint project, Human Plus, the perfect fusion between human and machine, surpassing even the capabilities of the Lynx which have been decreasing in numbers in the last decades, the project has been kept a secret due to it's disturbing nature and experiments on human test subjects, things go wrong however, setting the spark for a new conflict. This story is set in it's own continuity and mixes several elements from the games, Nexts, 1st gen ACs through 5th gen ACs all coexist at the same time. The story will be told through the pov of multiple characters, the true protagonist will be introduced later in the story. Each chapter will be an Arc that has six acts with a intermission between the third and fourth acts that gives info about the characters and their relationships, AC's and corporations. Tensions will rise and the world around will gradually change with each discovery made, giving spark to new internal conflicts in the city of Brex, a sprawling metropolis characterized by a complex political landscape where the city's government is heavily influenced by the four dominant corporations.Content warning: Sensitive topicsRemoved content: graphic depictions and descriptions of violence have been removed to make the story more accessible to those who are easily scared or disgusted, this does mean that the story will lose it's horror aspect. Changes will become noticeable in act 3 of Arc 1 which had an entire sequence of scenes skipped.
