The Tale of the Legendary Warrior in Ancient China
Once upon a time in ancient China, there was a woman named Isabella Hua, and she was the eldest daughter of her family. You know back in the day family would wish, pray, and plead for their eldest to be a son because they would carry their family's last name, and when they married, that person would carried their last name as well as their children and grandchildren. As goes for women, they were expected to cook, clean, take care of their husband and child. Growing up, Isabella, people didn't see her value. She was bolder than the rest. She was being underestimated, downplayed, and overlooked of her intelligence and talents because she was born as a woman. Her mother passed away, and her father remarries to her stepmother, and her step family treats her like shit except her little step brother, Brian. She resents her father for remarrying her stepmother in seconds after her mother passed away and how her and her siblings have suffered so much, but after her father returned, there was some sort of a family reunion. Then, there's a decree for her old father has to go back to war. Seeing her father dealing with old battle wounds hurt her, so she decided to take upon her own hands and disguise as a men and go see what's the hype for herself. She feels like she has nothing to lose. This is a historical fanfiction story that was inspired by the storyline of Mulan, but with my own characters, plots, plot twists, settings, so come read with me on what will happen next.. Who will she meet? Who will she end up with? What's her next fun, exciting adventure be like? What roller coaster will trial and tribulation will she go through in her new life as disguise men?
