To some, their personal aesthetic did not matter. In the overall scheme of things, how they presented themselves was not important. There were better things to worry about in life. And then there were people whose personal aesthetic was considered worth dying for. Bryn Laveux would kill and raise the dead for her aesthetic to be perfect. Well, that's what she wanted to be able to do. She tried her best to be the most angsty emo to roam the land, but her magic betrayed her. Sure, she should be glad that she even had magic but she still wished for something better. Being a healer didn't exact fit in with being edgy, which is why she desired so badly to be a necromancer. Since she didn't have a choice in the magic she got, she tried to ignore her life magic. But there's a war a-brewing and the casualties will be high without a healer. Bryn needs to step up and learn to accept herself. That might be a tad of a problem though, as she values her aesthetic more than anyone's life.
