As the shadow of the Empire looms over the planet Kamino, a friendship blooms into something more. Crosshair x Female Medic ReaderAuthor's Note: The events of this story take place throughout season one of the Bad Batch. I just made some stuff up to fill in the blanks and I hope everyone likes it. Specializing in reconnaissance, Fern has a natural intuition of her surroundings, is strong-willed, master of mechanics, and an excellent martial artist. She is an independent, master of stealth, never needing any assistance for any challenge she's faced. The Bad Batch: Tech and Vel
During the Clone Wars, the Bad Batch is tasked with a variety of missions across the galaxy. An unexpected addition to their team throws a wrench in the mix, particularly for Tech, who finds a particular connection with the disillusioned Padawan-turned-mechanic named Vel. Let's be honest... this is a slow burn, cheesy romance with just enough immersion in the Star Wars world to give us all a little vacation with one of our favorite clones. No smut, just PG-13 romance and adventure. It's like a mix of Pride and Prejudice and the Jim and Pam dynamic from The Office.Also, I did my best to keep a steady plot line and tried to think of all the potential plot holes or questions or whatnot, but ultimately, this was just an excuse to indulge in imagining a little romantic adventure for Tech.
