She (I) was born in an American base in a municipality called Sulzbach in Germany but was raised in four cities in the Golden State. Her (my) skin has beautiful dark ebony with sparkling brown eyes and a thick afro. She (I) lived in a family of eight. At an early age, she (I) did not know what the word "poverty" meant. She (I) had always thought that my family was middle class. She (I) thought that her parents had decent jobs. She (I) always felt like she did not know how the "real world" operates. She (I) was naive about a lot of things. She (I) felt like everyone was slowing things down for her (me) so she (I) could not catch on because she (I) was behind her (my) peer group. "Song of the South" is a drama and war Vietnamese movie based on the same name novel of author Doan Gioi. It was about an eight-year old boy - An, living in the war time. Unfortunately, his mother died on the way looking for her husband, An was straying everywhere and accompanied with many people to overcome dificulties and challenges throughout the journey looking for his dad. The last time An saw his father when he was very young. And because An's father was a revolutionary activist, all his activities and identity needed keeping anonymous. So, the only thing An knew about his father was he was working very far away. In this film, many scenes really make me deeply feel the patriotism of Vietnamese during the war, and also overwhelmed by the harmonization of the beautiful scenery and passionate Southern folk melodies. Let's watch the film to see if An and his father could meet each other, as well as light up your patriotic fire.
