After Amelia spent a whole hour blowing up Fezcos phone she finally convinced herself he was five and probably busy.

She decided to shower to get her mind off it and hoped that when she got out he would've already responded and assured he was fine.

But he wasn't.

When she got out of the shower she was in her room brushing out her hair when she heard her dad on the phone shouting at the person on the other end.

She quickly put some clothes on and rushed out to his office where her mom sat down with a worried look on her face and rocked aurora back and forth.

Her dad was on the phone still shouting.

"Mom..." Amelia said, causing her to snap her head towards her daughter with an apologetic look. "What happened?"

But no one answered. Her dad finished his phone call and took his keys to walk out but Amelia stopped him.

"Where are you going?!" She demanded.

"Amy please I have to go" Alejandro spoke in a different tone than the one he was using on the phone.

"Where?! Who is this about?!"

"Fez..." her mom replied. Mr Gonzales turned and sent her a glare knowing Amelia wasn't going to leave it alone now.

"What happened to fez?" Amelia questioned trying to keep calm and not hope for the worse.

"His house got raided..."

"Let me go!" Amelia interrupted before her dad could even finish.

"Amy..."

"No, I need to make sure he's fine. I can't stay here!" Amelia pleaded to her dad while he just nodded and looked at his wife.

She knew Amelia wasn't going to back off.

"Okay let's go put on a sweater I'll wait in the car" he told her and she just rushed back to her room and got the first hoodie she could find which was Fezcos, the one he had given her the day of the football game.

She slipped her crocs on and took the phone which she checked one more time but there was nothing from him and now she knew why. She was worried for him but she needed to be there. Even if she knew he might push her away.

That whole car ride Amelia thought about a lot. What was going to happen to fez if they found everything, what would happen to ash and his grandma. She wondered if her dad could help them.

She could only wonder how fez was feeling, which was obviously scared. She wondered who made the cops even want to raid his house. There was so much stuff missing but all she cared about was seeing fez.

When they arrived at the apartment Amelia saw all the police officers outside. When her dad stopped the car she rushed out not even waiting for him.

"Amelia! Hold on!" He quickly rushed behind her but she was already at the door being held back by two police men.

"Let me through!" She tried to get past them but they didn't move.

"Hey let her through let's handle this out here" mr Gonzalez proposed

The two police men exchanged looks staying in their place.

"Let her through, '' another policeman said, which made them step aside.

Amelia rushed inside and looked around at the mess they had made. She paused at his bad it was but she snapped out of her trance when she saw Ashtray sitting in a chair.

She quickly walked to him and brought him into a tight embrace.

Ashtray didn't know he was capable of crying until Amelia hugged him that tight. It felt like every emotion he had ever felt wanted to pour out just with that hug.

The girl continued to hug him and rub his back allowing him to let it out.

Then she looked down the hall where Fezco stood watching them. She quickly made sure Ash was fine and when she did she rushed to Fezco bringing him into a hug just as tight as the one she gave Ashtray.

Fezco didn't know what to do. He was planning on telling Amelia to leave because it wasn't safe there but once he felt her hands wrapped around him he didn't want to let go of her. So that's where they stood for a moment.

"Amy?! Amelia?!" She heard her dad calling out for her making her turn to his direction but still held fez in her arms.

When he saw his daughter with Fezco he already knew that she cared about him way too much. Even after he hurt her she was there for him and he just knew what the feeling was like. The feeling he had for Amelia's mom.

"Why don't you guys go wait in the room while I handle this..." he suggested and Amelia just nodded and let one of her arms off fez and used it to grab ash who was already walking towards her.

Amelia gave her dad a slight nod and led ashtray and Fezco towards his room then shut the door. She had let go of them so she could shut it when she turned around. Fez was standing there looking at her with a sad look.

"Fez..." Amelia took a step forward and held his hands. "What happened?"

Amelia wanted a response out of him but he didn't say anything.

"Come on sit down" she pushed him towards the bed gently until he was sitting down.

He looked up to see her and Amelia looked down and saw his eyes that were on the verge of tears. She wrapped her hands around his neck and brought him into a hug again.

He wrapped his hands around her waist and held onto her tightly and allowed himself to cry.

Amelia held it together for him. She wanted him to talk but if what he wanted was to sit there and cry she was going to allow him to do that.

After a while he disconnected from her and looked back up to see her again with his watery eyes and some tears down his face. She placed her hands on his face and with her thumbs she wiped the tears away.

"This is my fault..." he finally said and Amelia shook her head.

"Who ever did this was not your fault fez at all i promise you I know you would never do something to put ash or your business in danger" Amelia reassured still holding onto his face.

He shook his head and placed his hands on her wrist trying to pull them down.

"Amy you don't know what happened"

"Then tell me so I can tell you that you did nothing wrong because I already know you didn't" Amelia sat next to him with her hand still wrapped around him.

"It was my fault Amy you told me to stay out that shit with you and Nate but he had messed with too many people I care about so I couldn't let him continue to get away with this shit" Fezco started to explain.

"So Nate did this?"

Fezco nodded. "Pretty sure, earlier he came in the store and I told him to stay away from you guys"

"I'm so sorry..."

"You should be telling me 'I told you so' only if I had fucking listened to you!" Fez spoke in a frustrated tone.

"Don't do that..." Amelia moved her hand down to his and held onto it while she rested her head on his shoulder and held him with her other hand. "Everything is going to be ok"

Fezco sighed and turned to see her face. He could smell her lotion and the other things she used when she got out the shower which indicated to him that she had just showered.

He could tell she was tired by seeing how sleepy her eyes were but she was still there.

That's when Fezco knew he wanted to be with her. She put him first and no one had ever done that before at least not other than his grandma and ash.

He felt safe with Amelia; the only thing that didn't feel safe was the love he had for her. He loved her way too much. Too much that he wasn't sure he would be able to stay away from her this time.

"I gotta go make sure everything is okay '' he stood up from her hold and she nodded letting him go.

While it was just her and ash in the room she laid with him waiting for everything to be okay and it was.

Eventually they got called out and Amelia's dad took Fezco and Ashtray to their house for the night to make sure that everything was fine. He had come to an agreement with the police as long as they were able to check their house completely which Fezco allowed since he had gotten rid of everything.

When they arrived there mr. Gonzales took them to the guest rooms downstairs then went back upstairs where Amelia stood in the hallway waiting for him.

"Amy go to bed..."

"What's going to happen? Did you fix it?" She asked and he just sighed.

"Not completely but it's dealt with, it's going to be okay" he reassured and as he was about to go into the room he paused. "Give him space I know you love him but this is serious"

"I know" Amelia opened her door and entered her room and just sighed.

That night Amelia didn't sleep much since she kept thinking about what happened.

She had so much anger towards Nate she wanted to do something but we all knew she was going to be useless on her own against Nate so she needed leverage.

Let's just say Amelia got tired of Nate messing with her and the people around her. She tried to let the other things go but this is where he crossed the line and not to mention she also felt guilty about what happened to fez.

Even if she warned him to stay away she had dragged Fezco into their drama. It's not like it wouldn't have happened anyways since Nate was also messing with Jules and me.

The next day Amelia got up for school. Everyone was surprised to see her walk down the stairs that morning.

Fezco was sitting down talking to Alejandro about what happened the day before trying not to say the whole thing since he knew things would get really bad if he knew about Amelia and Nate and him calling the police.

Amelia noticed a constant pattern. She was lying and keeping secrets to the people around her way too much which is what drove them to have problems.

She was working on fixing that though. After she figured everything out she was going to sit down and consider her options.

"Amy, you don't have to go to school..." Mr Gonzales said, looking at Amelia walking towards them.

"I do, I have a paper to turn in. I'll be fine" she reassured and grabbed a piece of fruit on the table.

Fezco looked up from his plate to look at her and she smiled. He just gave a small smile back which she was okay with.

"I'll see you guys later then" she announced as she walked out the house.

Alejandro waited for there to be no sign of Amelia to start talking again.

"How much do you need?" He asked Fezco.

"Nah come on man I can't take your money..." Fezco nodded, not accepting everything he was doing.

"Let me help you out" he insisted but fez kept on shaking his head.

"You already did way too much I can't take more from you man I owe you way too much" he continued to decline his offers

"I owe your grandma way too much too. Just let me help you out. I don't want you to do something bad to get the money back. Just tell me how much, ''Alejandro continued.

"Man I don't even know how to even pay you back..."

"Answer me a question" Alejandro proposed and Fezco looked at him waiting for the question. "Do you love Amelia?"

"You have no idea..." fez sighed.

"I know you two took a break to figure stuff out and to give me time to consider it but ever since that happened Amelia has just been off and when she was with you she was doing good. All I'm saying is I'm okay with the relationship as long as you're ready and she's too I'm okay with it"

Fez knew he was ready to get back with Amelia, especially after the night before. He just knew she had to beg her dad to take her to his house.

The way she just sat there with him telling him nothing was his fault made him feel safe, something nobody had made him feel in a while.

At school Amelia found out rue was at the hospital which made her worry but asked Lexi what it was about. She made sure to go and stop by later to see her. In the meantime she had to talk to maddy.

"Maddy!" Amelia called out trying to catch up with her in the hall.

Maddy turned around to see who was calling her name and smiled when she saw Amy. "Wassup amy"

"We need to talk like right now in private," Amelia said, making sure no one was watching them.

"Okay okay..." Maddy looked around until she found a room. "Let's go"

She took Amelia's hand and led her into one of the storage rooms. Once they entered, Maddy shut the door and locked it.

"No one is going to catch us here?" Amelia asked, looking at all the stuff in the room.

"Relax Amy, it's not like we're doing anything bad" maddy replied and sat down on a box and taped the one next to her. Amelia sat next to her.

"What happened?" Maddy asked.

"I'm about to trust you with this maddy I swear if you open your fucking mouth or tell anyone..."

"Amy, I have never told anyone else your business." Maddy intervened with a hurt tone.

Amelia was implying that she didn't know how to keep her mouth shut when she knew whatever the two told each other was between them and no one else.

"Okay but this is serious. Fezcos house got raided last night. He thinks it was nate that called the cops on him and I do too..." Amelia began while maddy listened.

"We went to his store yesterday when he went back in the car he seemed mad then we had an argument and we broke up" Maddy commented while Amelia put all the pieces together.

"Yeah I'm guessing fez threatened him something about rue and Jules I don't know I feel like there's something else going on"

"You mean the tape," Maddy mentioned, causing Amelia to make a weird face.

"What tape?"

"Nate's dad and Jules..."

"What?!" Amelia exclaimed.

"Yeah before I left nate's house I found a tape and it was of his dad and jukes fucking" maddy explained.

"That's why Rue is mad she must've mentioned something to fez.." Amelia concluded. "Hey that night of the football game, why did you want me to leave?"

Maddy paused at the question then sighed preparing to answer it. "Andrew was planning to ask you out and get you drunk enough to do the deed. When he found out you weren't there he started to drink a lot then he got physical and nate took him home but he was really mad"

Amelia shook her head in disbelief. "Thank you for telling me to go home with fez"

"I was just trying to help you out. I know Andrew is bad he hides in his good grades and football but he is a horrible person"

"Tell me about it, he tried to kiss me the night of the carnival and..." Amelia paused, realizing what else she had said to fez. "Oh my god I told fez about that too he probably said something to nate about it"

"Don't make too much out of it, let's hope it all cools down..." Maddy wrapped her arm around her.

"It's not maddy there's a tape and when Nate finds out it's gone he's going to freak out and there will be more problems" Amelia rested her head on Maddy for the rest of first period.

Eventually they went out to class and when school was over Amelia's first stop was the hospital.

I wasn't much help, I think I was since I basically just told her basically everything.

Like literally everything I knew which I think made her mad.

I don't know there was something about her expression that scared me but anyways I know Amelia having this information would be a bad idea but I didn't care because I knew she would use it wisely and didn't care if nate's dad or nate got put down.

But that was a story for another time. The only thing I cared about right now was Amelia going home to see Fez sitting on the steps that went up to the entrance of her house.

She got out of her car and walked hesitant towards fez. She sat down next to him quietly thinking he probably was out here to get some air or something.

"Amy" Fez called out, making her turn towards him. "I'm sorry about everything that has been going on like everything. I'm sorry I hurt you like that, it was never what I wanted..."

"I know it wasn't fez you would never hurt me intentionally I knew you needed some time I hurt myself for expecting way too much" Amelia brought her knees to her chest and laid on them.

"Trust me I'm way far from getting my shit together but there's one thing I figured out and..." Fezco reached out for her and pulled her in closer. He placed his hand on her side to keep her close. "I want to do this shit with you and I want to be with you through all this bullshit. I know I was fucking stupid and I wish I could take it back because I should've never did some dumb ass shit like that. You put everything on the line and I wasn't able to do that but I'm willing to do that now"

Amelia laid on her knees facing him for a while thinking about the words he had said. He loved fez without a doubt she wanted to be with him but there was something that wasn't allowing her to be completely with him yet it was probably her stubbornness.

She knew Fezco wasn't doing that to her but it felt like he was just messing around with her leaving her when he needed a break and he just expected her to be there when he was ready which was the case but Amelia didn't want to be seen as that.

"Fez I love you..." Amelia finally spoke and the face Fezco had. His face of hope that she would say yes broke her and immediately regretted the words she was about to say. "I do want to be with you but I feel like we should ease back in not just go straight to where we were because we both know a lot has happened since then and we're different now so we can try again but you need to give it time for it to be what it was again and it might not be maybe it's something different..."

"I'll give you all the time you need, Amy. I will wait for you always because there's no one else I want to do this shit with, you're the only one that has stuck with me this long and I appreciate that" fez held her in his arms and Amelia just rested in his chest.

They sat there for a while Amelia had missed his touch and so did fez. She was laying beside his neck playing with the chain on his neck.

"Fez I kinda have to go back in..." Amelia went to get out his hold. "You can call me though"

Fez smiled and looked down to her neck where her necklace sat. It was her name and she always wore it. It was nice and simple.

"I'll call you" fez offered and she nodded. Before she left she leaned in and gave him a small peck close to his lips. Too close that half of their lips touched. When she pulled away he smiled and sat his hand on the side of her face. "I love you"

"I love you too"

Amelia went back into her house while Fezco watched her go back in. Eventually he got up and left and the first thing he did was call her because that's all he wanted to focus on.

It was the first time I ever saw Fezco prioritize something that didn't benefit his business but him. He noticed that in order to focus on him it meant to focus on his relationship with Amelia because that's what made him happy

And at the end of the day that's all that mattered to him was to make him and Amelia happy.
