The Beast

As me and The Queen kept going back and forth about Prince Fuma, we started to hear screaming and growling.

Me and Minji looked at each other with concern and ran out my room, towards the noise.

We found ourselves running down the stairs to the main floor where a beast stood, sorrounded by all of The Castle guards.

"Who the hell is that?" Queen Minji yelled.

"It's Princess Haerin!" Guard Philip answered.

Suddenly, Haerin transformed in the biggest being I had ever seen. Over 30 feet tall and growling like a bratty teenager.

"NOOOOOO!!!" I yelled at the top of my lungs as I saw all The Castle staff trying to take her down.

"Stop! She's just a kid! She's just a baby!" I pleaded with Philip.

"She's going to tear the Kingdom in half!!" He screamed.

I turned into my full form and climbed my way up to Haerin's face.

She tried to get me off her the entire time like if I was a flee....

"HAERINNNNN!!" I Yelled once I got to her ear.

"Haerin listen.... Listen to me..... It's Y/n-ah.... it's The Beast.... I'm right here. Don't be scared. Don't be angry or sad. I'm right here. I'll always be right here....," I whispered into her ear.

Haerin suddenly started to get smaller and I fell all the way down back down to the floor.

"Haerin!!" Queen Minji yelled as Haerin started to fall back from exhaustion.

I managed to catch her on my way down but felt completely shattered as I hit the floor.

Princess Haerin groaned in pain as we laid on the floor. She tossed and turner on top of me as if I was a rug.

"Princess ... princess....," I said out of breath.

"Haerin....," I whispered as she just laid on top of me.

"Mhm," She whispered.

"Do you want an avocado sandwich?" I whispered trying to hug her.

"Mhm, that'd be nice," She exhaled trying not look weak.

"Okay, we'll get you a sandwhich," I whispered back trying not to seem hurt either.

"I want you to make it," Haerin whispered back wrapping her arms around me.

I took a deep breath then managed to get back up with Haerin in my arms.

"Haerin-ei? Are you okay?" The Queen asked as we go up.

"Mhm," Haerin answered her holding on to me like a Koala.

"Haerin-ei, does it hurt?" Minji asked her as she started to doze off on my shoulder.

"Mhm," Haerin managed to get out a hum.

"Let's put her in bed," I whispered to Minji and she nodded in agreement.

"No, no... I want to be... I want to be.... with you... keep me... keep.. calm....," Haerin whispered.

Me and Minji could hardly understand what she was saying.

"Let's just have her sleep with us," The Queen said making me look at her confused.

Minji then caught a grip of my shirt and pulled me to her Queen quarters. I placed Haerin down on the bed while Minji started to crawl into it as well.

"Come on, you need to rest too," The Queen told me.

I looked at her in confusion and she patted the spot next to Haerin.

"We need to protect our girls and our kingdom..... but you also need to rest," Minji whispered.

I joined them into the bed. I felt a bit weird about it but I didn't object... I was too exhausted to even go to my room.

Haerin quickly snuggled into my neck and I noticed The Queen come up behind her to spoon her.

"Ugh, this is going to a long year.....," I thought to myself.

Halfway through the night, I felt a weight on me making me wake up. When I looked to see what it was.... I found myself looking at a cat on laying on my chest.

"Huh? We don't have any pets," I thought to myself.

I stared at the cat for a minute when it suddenly open its eyes and got up. It circled itself a bit, kneeing my chest with it's paws before laying back down.

I noticed the cat had the same eyes as Princess Haerin's beast eyes and things suddenly started to make sense.

The cat was Haerin.

I petted the cat a bit as I thought to myself, "Is this kid like Beast boy or something?"

Minji then came up cuddling next to me, slowly opening her eyes. She stared at the kitten in confusion then looked at me.

"Since when do we have a cat?" She asked furrowing her brows.

"It's Haerin," I whispered as I continued to pet her little kitten body.

The Queen giggled a bit and petted Haerin as well.

"And you hate it when we call you kitty!" She cooed at the little sleeping kitty.

My heart randomly fluttered when I saw her do that.... it suddenly gave me the urge to kiss her.... even though I had rejected her just hours before.

"Uuhmm," We heard the cat groan.

Me and Minji turned to look at each other a bit creeped out when all of a sudden I felt Haerin's full weight on me.

"AArrrgghhhhh!" I groan, noticing she had turned back to her human form.

Haerin slowly started to open her eyes then looked up at me. She had this silly little smile then started to cuddle into my neck

"Hi, kitty!" I teased her.

Princess Haerin just shook her head and groaned in annoyance. I giggled at her behavior as The Queen said to me, "I told you she doesn't like it!"

"Go to sleep," I responded playfully rolling my eyes as I held Haerin in my arms.

"Goodnight kiss?" Queen Minji asked with a cute little pout.

I sighed and gave in, leaning in to press my lips on The Queen's. She cupped my face and deepen the kiss.

The taste of her lips was starting to make me feel some type of way. Minji bit my lip, making me moan in her mouth.

Haerin then randomly pushed Minji off me. We both looked at her a bit shocked. She had her eyes closed still, nuzzling her head into the crooks of my neck.

"Beast unnie mine!" She cutely said wrapping her arms around me.

We both chuckled at her and just ignored her. Me and Minji pecked each other's lips before The Queen moved in closer to wrap her arm around me and Haerin, then cuddle into my side.

"Goodnight, baby" The Queen whispered making my heart fluttered.

"Night Night, Jin unnie!" Haerin sleepily responded.

I kissed the top of Minji's head then kissed Haerin's forehead before going back to sleep.
