The Dead's Deed
What if you had a once in a lifetime chance to know anything about your life? You'd be able to know answers to questions to things like; What your family was like before you were born? Why were you born? Is there and will there ever be a purpose to your life? How will you die? And most importantly, who killed you? Everything I wanted an answer to but, in the end, no one ever told me the truth. They'd all whisper bittersweet lies in my ear, voices always smooth and calm like honey. But when I woke that morning and did my tiresome routine, taking care of Mom and walking out the front door to begin my day at school, everything became different. Suddenly those voices turned into screams of horror that resembled screeching car brakes. Things were normal. Then white. Then black. The Year Of The Fireflies

It does not effect me in any way, shape, or form!
