Please Don't Give Up
People always say you just want attention. You just do it to try to become popular and make everyone feel bad for you. All that is not true. Their is so much more to Self harm that that. And really that's not what it is. Self harm is a very serious condition that a lot of teens face in their lives. I know this because I am a self harm survivor.Their are so many ways to self harm. From cutting to burning. It doesn't always have to be cutting or burning, it also goes on in your brain. You tell your self your not worth it and keep putting yourself down. You believe what other say bad about you.I am here to tell you that all their words are not true. Your a great person no mater who you are. Don't let others put you down. No one should go threw this but yet a lot do. Your here for a reason. You have a purpose here. You don't know what it is yet. But I promise you that you will find it soon. Don't end your life.
