(This is an AU where Dirk is a tattoo artist and does some other things on the side *winkwonk* and Jake sells flowers and is a florist and he also sells coffee. Who doesn't like coffee and flowers? I don't know, I thought it sounded cute.) The fact that Dave hardly worked was putting a strain on Dirk. Dirk worked two jobs, both really just part time and shitty pay. And then Dirk was introduced to Jake.

But what if he started falling for a guy? Or even worse- a troll? What would Dirk do if he finds out? Both of them need to be careful, but they don't know how to.[Hints of Stridercest, JohnDave, and GamKar. Don't worry, the main ship still is DaveKat, but yeah.]

(Hell, just for the fun of it, I thought I'd try the highschool AU and also to celebrate me becoming a freshman, so yeah, enjoy.) Tord was the foreign exchange student that no one was really expecting. Not that anyone cared, though. The Norski was generally quiet since his accent was so thick, and he was embarrassed by it. And was it okay to be gay in England? Tord didn't know, but that scared him a bit.

She is extremely smart, and was offered to go into one of the Ivy League schools.Amethyst: The rowdy type who likes to party and just have a good time. She suffers from depression occasionally, but covers it up with her addictions. She's a highschool dropout. For Peridot, highschool was one of the shittiest things she went through. After completing the school, she had went to college. Her roommate, Lapis Lazuli has taken her to a bar one night to relieve some stress from school, and somehow, Lapis wins Peridot over. Then they met Amethyst and her group that they called The Crystal Gems. Only God knows how Peridot and Amethyst got together with all their differences, but in the end, it's a messy breakup. But both girls want each other back, but they put on a mask of hate and try to avoid each other as much as possible. Will it end well or will both girls turn to other people?
