Naruto has the kyuubi and some of kushinas chakra bc of minato. He also has the three sannin in him that was secretly sealed in by lord third. He acts like a loudmouth but is really not. Shika, minato, and hiruzen r the only ones who know he's smart. It's shikamaru if u didnt read the title.
