Eldorado Expedition
A psychological thriller set in the Congo Jungle 1890, this short piece takes the first person perspective of a member of a Belgian team sent out into the unknown in search of the legendary Golden Land of El Dorado. The team are faced with threats from the native people, the wildlife and, eventually, nature itself.I did this piece for my AQA English A S coursework (ELLB2 2013-14). We had to take an idea from the novel 'Heart of Darkness' by Joseph Conrad. In the section stated, there is mention of an expedition that headed into the Congo jungle looking for the Golden City of El Dorado.NB: There was a word limit for this piece.(Writing relates to page 41 in Heart of Darkness (Penguin Classics edition). Passage beginning: 'In a few days the Eldorado Expedition went into the patient wilderness...'Passage ending: '... like the rest of us, found what they deserved.')The cover of this piece is the cover of the Penguin Classics version of Heart of Darkness, I do not own it.

Gatsby Rewrite
I had an assignment in English to rewrite a scene from The Great Gatsby in another character's point of view, and this is what I came up with.Edit: This assignment is personally significant to me and that's why I had to share it with my Wattpad family. It was the first short story I've written, and it was the piece that unintentionally made me realize how amazing writing could be. Because of this story, I started writing and found something that would continue to be the greatest thing in my life.Edit 2: Since this is the first short story I've ever written, there are several mistakes in here (mostly just switching from past to present tense). I don't want to change/edit anything, because I love to read this rewrite and think about how far I have come in the past seven years since I've written this. I just wanted my readers to know that this will contain mistakes, but they are just as special to me as the story itself. However, these mistakes won't show up in any other works of mine.

The Adventures of Fluffy and Fluffian
Idk if this counts as my random book. I mean, this is mainly just me, and my genderbend, talking about random stuff. And me fangirling. Ah yes, cause we never get enough of that...Anyway, this is a book filled with random Vocaloid, Anime, MLP, and basically just plain normal (haha normal yeah right) life of yours truly. Read at own risk, for there be bad words here. Kiddies, don't repeat the words in here.For those who don't know, Fluffian is my Genderbend, so he will also be part of this book. We'll like, switch writing from time to time on chapters, but it's mainly me writing everything. Mostly cause it is me. Too much explaining for a random book, so just read and enjoy!
Breathe
My mind was running, screaming, shaking, collapsing in on itself again. "You're not good enough, you are not enough." I walked up and approached the railing to the overpass. As I walked along it I looked around. "Should I stay one more day?" But for what? To get harassed by him again? No, I was done, when she died a part of me died with her and I lost everything I had ever lived for. My will to live was gone and all he did was make it worse.I started climbing the railing, one step at a time so I wouldn't slip. It was important not to slip, I wanted to at least decide how I die. I could feel the railing pressing against my back. I stretched my arms out on the cold, wet metal surface and I felt the cold raindrops under my fingers. I looked down on my wet shoes, my heels were on the concrete and my toes on nothing. I looked past my feet and watched the ground, my eyes caught a chain linked fence and I wondered how far out I'd have to jump to not land on the fence. I just didn't want it to hurt anymore. In that moment I felt like I had complete control over my life so I stayed like that for a while. Enjoying the feeling of being in control of my life. Eventually, I was brought back to the present by a tall guy wearing a black hoodie, tapping, very carefully on my left shoulder. I didn't look back. I didn't want anything to stop me this time.Before I knew it I saw flashing lights from the corner of my eyes. I looked at the sides and saw two police cars, parked on each side of the road, blocking off the street. There were crowds of night-walkers gawking at me from either side. They were probably walking home from bars or just walking up out of curiosity to see what was going on. I heard a voice screaming to me. "Jump, you coward". I took a deep breath. It felt like my arms rose from the railing, like as if they'd become weightless and unburdened. I pitched forward, feeling the wind blow around my body and on my face, through my hair and past my ears.
