The World Beneath Our Feet - Part 1When Eli Shane's dad, Will Shane, disappeared while dueling Thaddius Blakk, Eli was determined to be a great slug-slinging hero, to fight crime and regain peace, just like his dad, but only when he turned fifteen, as he promised his dad. When he arrived at Slugterra, he made a few friends through a competition. A molenoid, Pronto; A girl, Trixie; and a cave troll, Kord. The last one who had ever seen Will Shane alive, Dr Blakk, now becomes interested in Eli.

The TradeEli and the gang attempts to play hero in the towns but Dr. Blakk has already set his eyes on the new Shane gang. When the Shane hideout gets destroyed, the gang has to buy items to replace but Eli is still reluctant to let go of his slugs. They trace their way back to Blakk's citadel, where they wreak havoc and send him a message of their own.
