" So besides Brutus and Enobaria, who's left?" Katniss asked the group.
" Maybe chaff. Just those three." Peeta answered.
" They know their outnumbered, I doubt they'll attack again." Finnick explained.
" So were safe on the beach." Reina continued Finnick's sentance.
" So what do we do? We hunt em' down?" Johana asked. Suddenly a young girls scream was heard in the distance.
" PRIM. PRIM." Katniss yelled running towards the sound.
"No, NO KATNISS WAIT." Reina yelled chasing after Katniss.
" KATNISS! " She yelled catching up too the girl. " you okay?" She asked her. Another yell came from the sky.This time it was a young boy.. Coyro.
Reina's face grew pale.
" Reina! It's not him." She slightly yelled.
" COYRO." Reina called out for the young boy. Katniss placed her hand on the other girls shoulder.
" Reina! It's not him!" She said. "It's just a Jabberjay! It's not him."
" How do you think they got that sound huh? Jabberjays copy!" Those words sent chills down both girls spines. Suddenly more screams of the people they loved got closer. Finnick and Coyro's screams.. over and over. The pair ran back from where they came from, the jabberjays attacking. Until they were met with a invisible wall.
The two girls banged on the wall, hoping it would somehow break so they could be in the arms of the people they loved most. Reina sat down covering her ears. It was torture, for a straight hour she heard the scream of the two people she loved most, the people she cared about.
When the hour was up Finnick immediately rushed too her side and embraced her in a tight hug.
" Shh.. shh.. it's okay. It's over." He whispered too her. She hadn't even realized she had been crying until a hand whipped them away. She hugged Finnick tightly.
" are you okay?" He asked her, He had never been so worried for someone in his life.
" yeah..Yeah I'm okay.." she said, slightly hiccuping from the last tears. Reina sat there still a little stunned, Finnick still holding her into his chest. He wanted her to feel safe..To feel okay. Johanna started yelling about something but Reina didn't listen. Reina looked up at her with the others.
" What they can't hurt me." Johanna shrugged. "There's no one left that I love." Reina knew that was true,snow had killed her family when she refused to become a prostitute. She sighed "I'll get you some water." She said walking away.
The group walked back too the beach, Reina went too sit in the water, she wanted to be alone. She wasn't completely right in the mind yet.
" Who's Coyro?" Katniss asked Johanna and Finnick.
" Coyro Winters, her little brother." Johanna told.
" He's the last one she has. Her only family left." Finnick explained too her. He got up and went to go sit with Reina. He sat next to her and grabbed her hand. She leaned into his body, he's the only one who truly made her feel comfortable under any circumstance.
" Love is weird." Johanna told Katniss while looking at the two sitting in the water.
" I have a plan." Beetee told Katniss and Johanna.
"Reina,Finnick!" Johanna called for the two. The two walked over too the group,still hand in hand.
Beetee explained the plan too the group, everyone agreed too atleast try it.
" So what can we do to help?" Peeta asked.
" keep me alive for the next six hours." Beetee proposed.
