"Today was a very calm day. We went shopping after lunch, and we didn't realize we were at the mall for over four hours already." Ryujin's voice was very faint in your ears as she recounted today's plans to your fans. She was explaining a TMI fan had asked, and you let her take over with the explaining as your thoughts wandered.

You were currently on live with the older girl, deciding to kill time while talking to Midzy's. Neither of you were in a hurry to go to bed so soon anyway, so the latter suggested turning the camera on. 

A lot of people were genuinely surprised to see just the two of you together since Ryujin would mostly go live with either Yeji or Lia, but no one was complaining and rejoiced in the rare instances that you and the vocalist would be together.

As Ryujin explained, her hand moved animatedly, almost as though it added visuals to her explanation. You would have laughed if you weren't so deep in thought, but as soon as her hand came into view, your body acted on instinct and raised to meet hers, instinctively lacing your fingers together when they dropped on top of the pillow, and she did nothing to address it, letting you hold her as she went on with only one hand to flail around.

You liked her voice, loved it even. It was so soothing to listen to and you always found yourself smiling a little whenever you heard her. With your head on her shoulder, you hum silently while gently picking at the skin of her hand, cradled in your gentle grasp.

[name] looks so zoned out it's kind of funny

She takes a quick peek at you and chuckles before she resumes talking.

"Our [name] has gotten really clingy tonight." She chuckled, grinning as you continue to play with her fingers, a faraway look on your face and she mentally coos at the way your brows pinch together. She doesn't quite have the heart to interrupt when you look that adorable.

Plus, Midzy's looked like they were enjoying the sight, too.

"Why aren't you saying anything?" She suddenly whines after a few more minutes of silence and you blink a few times, being abruptly pulled out of your thoughts to look up at the older girl, your fingers still joined together as you shifted your eyes to the camera. "Midzy, Ryujin has a really nice voice, right?"

The sudden compliment raises a blush to the latter's face and she had to momentarily let go of your hand to give you a playful shove. 

"Yah! What's with you?" But despite her words, the laughter that comes with it promises that she's not annoyed, especially when she reclaims your hand and allows you to play with her fingers again.

"It's true! Look, they all agree, right?" You soon look over to see all the comments agreeing with your earlier question, praising Ryujin, and you grin proudly whilst she smiles shyly, reading all the comments coming in. 

"You're so weird." She claims while light laughter escapes your lips, she relaxes at the sound and the heat radiating from you.

"I just think that it's right to voice out our appreciation for pretty things. Ryujin is very pretty, so of course I need to tell everyone that she's pretty. I remember seeing her for the first time back when we were trainees, and I was very starstruck." You began to narrate, never mind the bashful laugh that bubbles from her throat as she listens to your sudden confession. 

"She is so pretty and talented. She's super nice, too, so it's hard not to appreciate her." You rambled while squeezing her hand, and while she was trying very hard to push the heat down, she couldn't help smiling at you from the side.

The way your energy comes back tenfold makes her laugh. When you swivel your head to look at her, she's already staring, the same smile you were just thinking of earlier set on her face, and you have to say that you're somewhat surprised with how close the two of you truly were at that moment.

And by the sudden blush on her cheeks, you figured she wasn't either.

Clearing her throat, Ryujin turns back to the camera with a playful roll of her eyes. "[name] is always like this, so don't mind her." She teases when your thumb runs over the palm of her hand, humming as you rest your head against her shoulder. She relaxes at the comforting feeling the action provides her before she continues to go through questions as you pay attention the best that you can.

"Ryujin always pretends that she doesn't like it when I cling to her." You muttered something at some point when you saw comments about you cuddling the older girl. "But the moment I look for someone else, she gets really pouty about it."

"Yah! What are you saying?" She laughs while you pinch her finger again. "It's true! When I went to Lia unnie after practice, you wouldn't stop asking me when I was coming home." You defend, and her face heats up at being exposed to your fans before lightly jabbing your side. 

"You had my food, and I was hungry!" She quickly tries to excuse herself, but you just shake your head before seeing various comments of Midzy's being left online.

People were agreeing that Ryujin was somewhat clingy with you during certain instances, so it wasn't too far off to say that she would be upset not having you around.

"Ryu, it's okay to admit that you miss me. I won't mind." You say this in faux seriousness and she can only roll her eyes before turning back to the camera. "I've already admitted to missing you before. That's all you're getting." She teases you, and it's your turn to pout at her as you let out a whine. "That's not true! I know you love me!" You protest, making her grin more as she playfully sticks her tongue out at you.

You give her a small glare before releasing her hand and then crossing your arms across your chest with a huff. She giggles at the action as you turn away from her, your nose pointed to the sky, before she starts taking your arm and pulling you back into her. "Stop being so dramatic and come here." She tells you and you let her, leaning into her side as she proceeds to wrap both arms around your figure without problem.

With her cheek on your shoulder, she goes back to reading comments while you find your hands back to playing with hers. Again, you're back to zoning out and only listening to her voice, only understanding half of what she was saying as your thoughts started to fly elsewhere.

You're only brought out of your daydreaming when the door to your room opens and Yeji spots both of you in the position that you were in. When she sees the live on Ryujin's phone, she's quick to understand before waving a hand in front of the camera as Ryujin addresses her. "Oh, Yeji unnie is here." She notifies everyone, and you sink further into the older girl's embrace. 

"Where have you been?" You ask and the latter plops down beside you, earning a tiny grunt when she accidentally sat on your leg.

"Why do you need to know?" She remarks teasingly, and you puff your cheeks before she starts giggling and then pinches your cheek. "Lia and I went to a zoo. It was fun, you guys should have joined us." She claims and then turns to the camera. "Next time, we'll all go together, alright?"

Ryujin smiles at the sight before squeezing your hand to draw you back to earth when she notices your silence again. And based on the comments, Midzy's have noticed too, because Yeji is turning back to you with furrowed brows.

"Are you okay?" She asks, quiet enough to not have the camera pick it up, and you only give her a smile before nodding your head.

Of course, your fans notice the interaction right away, if not the way you're still clinging to Ryujin's hand for basically over fifteen minutes. But none of you mind it until the day finally comes to an end. Yeji had left a little before that, stating that she would be cleaning herself up and then preparing for bed.

With Chaeryeong out with her sisters for the night, Ryujin opted to stay in your room to keep you company, her arms around you like how she had them during your live.

"Are you sure you're alright?" She asks softly once the lights are turned off and you hum when she rests her chin on your chest to look at you. "Like I said, I was just thinking about you." You chuckle as you lazily drew patterns on the small of her back, letting a shiver run down her spine. "Really?" She lazily grins, thankful that the darkness could hide the blush that bloomed across her cheeks.

You hum one more time and gently tap the tip of her nose, making her smile wider at the affectionate action. "Your voice is my favorite thing to hear at the end of the day and my favorite in the morning. I'm honestly so happy that I get to hear it basically everyday." You admit it, and she blushes harder before shoving your shoulder lightly as she feels your other hand take hers once more.

Ryujin is never the type to blush at certain affections, but whenever you do it, something just malfunctions inside her and she won't be able to contain the wide smile that is creeping on her face.

She carefully laces your fingers together before shutting her eyes. "I'm happy that I get to see you. I don't want you leaving us again, alright?" She mutters quietly and she can feel as you nod and press a kiss on her cheeks. 

"Trust me, the next time I have to go home, I'm doing my best to take you with me." You reply and she's more than content with your answer.

While the last time may have been an urgent event that none of you could have predicted coming, Ryujin would make sure that the next time she'd be there for you.

The thought leaves her smiling through the night, adding the extra comfort your presence next to her provided.
