twenty five

"Bitch, I am getting fucked up tonight and you are coming down with my ass." BB said as she got into Olivia's jeep. Liv laughed at her.

BB knew about Olivia's little pregnancy scare. They became really good friends, and tell each other a lot about their personal lives. It was kind of ironic Olivia became friends with BB of all people, but she was grateful to be close with at least one person from East Highland.

They both wanted to get fucked up. After her and Fezco's little argument and everything with Nate, Liv almost felt like she needed to get wasted.

"Where's your costume?" Olivia asked. BB hit her vape and looked at Liv like she had five heads.

"What is this? Fifth grade?" BB asked. Liv playfully rolled her eyes.

"It's Halloween." She said.

BB looked her costume up and down. Olivia and Fez were supposed to go as Hugh Hefner and a Playbunny, but since they were fighting, she went as a white claw. She wore knee high black boots and white bikini bottoms with neon green fishnet stockings underneath. Her white long sleeve cropped shirt said "White Claw Hard Seltzer" with the drinks logo.

"You look hot." BB complimented. Liv glanced over at her before diverting her eyes back to the road.

"I know." Liv said. She tossed her hair over her shoulder and both girls laughed, excited and nervous for Daniel's party.

Olivia's parents weren't happy with Olivia one bit. She didn't argue with them, though, about the costume or being grounded. She just walked out of the house, tired of listening to them. In her mind, after the night Fez had gone over, they weren't good for shit anymore.

When Olivia and BB walked up to the house after parking a block away, they saw the lights and heard the music from outside already. The two girls held hands as they walked in, all eyes on Olivia.

"There's our favorite white claw!" A random group of guys shouted. They looked more like they should be in college and not high school, but Liv recognized them from the football team. She was grateful Nate wasn't with them, and neither was Jayson.

One of the boys pulled in Olivia by the waist, immediately starting to poor her a shot. A group of girls joined them, everyone gathering by the kitchen counter.

Liv glanced outside to one of the large windows and saw Fezco watching her from a couch outside. Her smile changed into barely a smirk, but switched back to a smile as she looked away and downed the shot.

"You're not pregnant!" BB yelled, applauding Olivia. Liv gave her a wide eyed "what the fuck look", but the people around them didn't ask questions and applauded her. More than half of them were already wasted anyway, so it's not like they'd remember much.

"I'm not pregnant!" Liv said, deciding to go with the flow for once. She downed another shot that was poured for her and looked back at Fez. He hadn't looked away, and you could tell by his expression he was hurt.

Whether it was because of Nate or because of Fezco, Olivia didn't care. She told herself she wouldn't care about how anyone else was feeling tonight. She would focus on herself and what she wanted to do for the first time in a long time.

"Okay, let her breathe." Cassie said, walking up to the group. The teens started rummaging more throughout the house like they were before Liv showed up.

"Hey, Cass. Love the costume. I've seen True Romance, like, a thousand times." Olivia said, smiling. She pulled her in for a small side hug.

"Thanks. Are you okay?" Cassie asked. Olivia threw her a confused look, pouring herself a beer.

"Why wouldn't I be?" She questioned. Cassie shrugged.

"Just wondering." She said. Liv looked at her, sipping out of her cup. Cass looked like there was something she wanted to say, but she was hesitant. Olivia raised her eyebrows, waiting for her to talk.

"Jayson's upstairs. I think he's with another girl." Cassie said. She touched Olivia's shoulder, waiting for a reaction from her. Unexpectedly, there wasn't one.

Liv was kind of surprised he was able to move on so quick, and she couldn't help but feel a little jealous. It's not like she loved him anymore or anything, she loved Fez. But there was a time where she did really really like him, and he loved her. At least, that's what he said. To move on so easily and fuck someone else already made Liv question things.

"Why should I care? Not like I'm with him anymore." She shrugged, taking a big gulp out of her cup. She wasn't lying, but she also wasn't completely telling the truth.

"I just know the wound is still fresh. I thought I'd let you know." Cassie said.

Liv shrugged, turning back to replace the drink she had already finished.

About two hours later, Olivia had consumed eleven shots, six beers, and five mixed drinks. To say she was feeling drunk was an understatement.

Every time she looked over at Fezco, he was looking back at her or in her near direction. She ignored him and danced in the living room with a few people. Time seemed to slow down when she saw Jayson finally come down the steps.

She watched him leave the girl to walk down by herself, dabbing up some of his friends at the bottom of the staircase. Jay must've felt her eyes on him, because he looked back at her. They held eye contact and she looked back at Fezco. For the first time tonight, he wasn't looking, but having a conversation with Rue.

When she looked back at Jayson, he was still looking at her. Without realizing, they started walking towards the other.

If you get mad at her for this next part, I won't blame you. I know she was drunk, but when I saw that look on Fezco's face, I knew there was something deep going on between him and Liv.

"Hey." Jayson said. Olivia didn't say anything for a second, everything in her delayed from alcohol.

"Did you just fuck her?" She asked him.

She glanced over at the girl who left the room with him. Liv recognized her from the cheer team, but she couldn't remember her name. She wasn't sad about it, but tears welt up in her eyes. Jayson scratched the side of his jaw, seeing she was clearly drunk.

"Look, Jackson-" Jayson went to explain, but Olivia cut him off my grabbing his hand and pulling it to where everyone was dancing.

He didn't expect her to dance with him and keep their bodies close. He didn't know what she was doing, and she honestly didn't either.

"Do you love me?" She asked in his ear. He looked down at her, hunger in his eyes.

"I always will." Jay told her.

"Even if your dick's probably still wet from that whore?" Olivia challenged.

This was when I noticed the two dancing together. I tried to keep Fezco from looking over, but he wouldn't listen to me.

The expression he held on his face said it all. Sadness, betrayal, anger, the fucking anger. I've never felt so bad for him.

Olivia turned around since the back of her was pressed up against Jay's body. She grabbed his neck, pulled him down and kissed him. His tongue immediately flew into her mouth, and she let it happen. She looked over at the girl he had just hooked up with, who had tears in her eyes.

Olivia let go of Jayson and pushed him away with one hand, walking over to her.

"You're off the team, bitch." Liv said. The girl crossed her arms and put one foot out, trying to seem tougher than how she was feeling.

"I don't think so." The girl said. Liv scoffed.

"Listen, your irrelevant to us anyway. I don't even know your fucking name. But I do know your jumps are weak and you can't hold a girl in the air for shit. You're off the fucking team, and if you even try to argue with me I'll make your life hell." Olivia said.

The girl was surprised at how well she talked because of how much she drank even though there were a lot of stutters. But she didn't have time to think about it. She was too busy grabbing her keys and leaving the house, shutting the door behind her.

Liv, happy with herself, stood there smiling a small smile for a second. It quickly went away when everyone had started chanting Nate Jacob's name. Nate walked in with Maddy, everyone cheering the couple on.

Olivia got really mad and searched the party for BB so they could go home. When she walked around, she almost fell and Jayson caught her.

"Yo, you good?" He asked, grabbing onto her waist. He grabbed her face and looked at her eyes, seeing how drunk she was.

"Cmon. I'll take you home." He said.

Olivia didn't protest, not really able to. Jayson threw her arm around his shoulders, putting an arm around her waist. He reached into her back pocket and pulled out her car keys, giving her a kiss on the forehead before dragging Liv out of the house.

I was too busy trying my best to keep an eye on both Jules and Gia to focus on Olivia. I wish I had, though, because her going home with Jayson put a dent in her and Fez's relationship that was going to be a hard one to fix.
