It was Seoul Music Awards tonight and Mayse along with NCT 127 were attending. Mayse was nominated for best female soloist, however, she didn't care for the win. Mayse walks onto the red carpet by herself, posing and waving to the paparazzi as she turns every now and then for them all to get good shots of her. Her manager; Sihyun, leads her off the stage and into the venue, sitting down at her table where NCT 127 and Red Velvet were. She sits and waits awkwardly as other artists walked into the room. She waves and bows to unfamiliar groups and patiently waits for her members and co-workers.

Seeing Stray Kids enter, Mayse smiles and stand from her seat, giving the members hugs; making sure Hyunjin had gotten a longer one before separating and sitting in their respective seats. NCT 127 finally enters and takes a seat with Mayse. "Finally, it was so awkward," Mayse whispered to Mark. He chuckles and pats her head, as if telling her; you did well. Mayse gives a small smile and waits for Red Velvet to enter.

She waves and high-fives Daehwi as he enters with Wanna One, walking to a different table far from them. Red Velvet then enter, looking enchanting as always. The show had began with (g)-idle's Soyeon opening the act. After the intro was done and the MCs of tonight's event were introduced, awards began to be handed out.

It wasn't long till Stray Kids had to perform, Mayse was anticipating it well. She had known the boys were working hard on every stage they did, so she expected many things for tonight. Their performance started off with Chan, Woojin and Jeongin performing a ballad version of their song; I AM YOU. They later transitioned into Felix, Changbin and Hyunjin performing their song YAYAYA from their mixtape album. Every now and then, the camera would pan to Mayse, who'd quietly cheer her friends on with a gentle smile. The slightest interaction between the two groups made fans go crazy. The whole group was now on stage, performing MY PACE.

Once their performance finished and the MCs were welcomed back onto the stage again. Going through more awards, NCT were announced of winning a Bonsang and so did Red Velvet. Mayse applauds as Stray Kids walked up to collect their Rookie Of The Year award.

As the night went on, it was finally time for her performance. She goes backstage and prepares herself, dressing in a new outfit and getting her makeup done. She walks over to the stage and gets her mic pack placed onto her, she goes to her need position and waits for her cue. As soon as she was lifted onto the stage, fans scream were heard, loud cheering from NCTzens and artists erupted into the stadium.

Mayse performs with a cute smile as she dances and moves around the stage. Moving into the transition section, she does her breakdown with her backup dancers, moving onto the mini stage in front of her as the song switched to SOLO.

After her performance was done, she went back to backstage to change back into a different outfit and sat back down with NCT 127 and Red Velvet. Listening as the hosts continued. Announcing Best Female Soloist as Mayse, the young idol stands and goes over to the stage, high-fiving friends before going onto the stage and hugging the hosts. Taking the award, Mayse stands with the award, speaking into the provided microphone.

"Hi everyone, this is truely amazing and I can't thank my fans enough for all the love and support they have given to me! To my parents, I love you very much and I'm happy to make you proud, especially my mum and my twin siblings," she begins to tear up at the thought of them. "Thank you to all the international fans for supporting me as well, you guys aren't forgotten to me, I hope to visit you all some day! Thank you again for this award! I love you all!~"

She blew a kiss and left the stage with her award, smiling as she sat with her friends and members. The night continued on well till an accident erupted. The fireworks for BTS's stage had a malfunction and everyone had to evacuate the venue before anything serious happened. "That was an eventful night..." Mayse spoke as herself and NCT 127 left the venue.
