𝗐𝗋𝗂𝗍𝗍𝖾𝗇 𝖻𝗒 𝗃𝗈𝗅𝗅𝗒𝖻𝗂𝗋𝖽 𝗈𝗇 𝗃𝗎𝗇𝖾 20𝗍𝗁 2019

Members; Hayoung, Vina and Min of the rookie group; ROSES filed a lawsuit against their company; TS Entertainment on the morning of June 17th.

Fans are shocked by the surprise lawsuit and wonder why the happy group would suddenly turn against their company. Well, answers were given through the three members on their personal social media accounts.

Hayoung, the leader of the group announced her leave via twitter ( @hatigerr ), saying: "Hello, this is Jang Ha Young.

I am here to say that I will be leaving ROSES and TS Entertainment after filing a lawsuit against the company.

You must be asking why. The answer is because the company did not care for me.

They focused on one member only and neglect me and the other members even though we suffered years of training to debut. I am tired of suffering countless blackouts, hospital trips, physical pain, mental pain and emotional pain. I was starved and abused by staff. If I had done something inaccurate to the company's rules, I was punished.

Sometimes I was beaten for nothing. It was for the CEO's entertainment. To see my pain. I will not put up with it anymore. I apologise to my loyal fans who have stuck by my side, however, myself, Vina and Min are currently looking for a new company to take us in and debut together again with a better and equally showcased group.

On the following week, member, Vina announced her leave as well as her struggles. Through her Instagram ( @vixenvivi ), she stated: "Hello this is Kim Vi Na.

I am announcing my leave from the group and the company. I wish to not mention their names and I do not want to associate with people who are a meniscus to society.

People who enjoy watching those in pain and have suffered. I was starved and lost much weight. I was beaten and verbally abused. I was harassed by staff members. It was hard. I cried every day I returned home. The dorm was inspected every day for snacks and-or anything we weren't supposed to have.

I was beaten even though I did not break a single rule. I am done with suffering whilst trying to smile and be happy for my fans. After being loyal to the company for 8 years, I was given nothing but scars and nightmares in return.

To my fans, do not fret for as the leaving members and I are finding a new company to take us in and care for us unlike them.

Member, Min followed along with her older members and also announced her leave through Instagram ( @minheexg ). She stated: "Hi this Go Min Hee.

I am here to say that I will no longer be an artist under TS Entertainment and a member of ROSES.

The work environment was not healthy for me or my unnies. We were punished for things we did not recall doing, such as stashing snacks away when dieting, incorrect chorography or lyric, not dressing in the 'required' clothing.

I was sexually harassed, verbally attacked, physically and mentally abused. I went through depression and kept it to myself because the company did not care for my wellbeing and mental state.

When I was sick, the manager would say 'do not fake stomach pains. this comeback is more important.' it was the same for Hayoung unnie and Vina unnie.

I trained for 5 years and worked as an idol for 2 years for these people and I suffered many panic attacks and blackouts. They did not care. I cannot be apart of a group that mainly focuses on one member and neglect its other members who have trained the hardest to be in the spotlight and reach their goal.

It hurts to leave my job as an idol temporarily however Hayoung unnie, Vina unnie and I are searching for a better company who will care for us and listen to our words.

After their messages and lawsuits were public, fans of the three girls attacked the company with many hate comments as well as interrogating last and final member; Mina. And on June 19th, Mina released this statement through TS Entertainment's official page.

She states: "Hello this Mina.

I do not understand what my past members are saying. If anything they were lying about the abusement and harassment that was going on whilst we were promoting and practising for comebacks.

I have received many questions and hurtful words because many believed I was the cause of this issue.

I will not take the blame for something I did not nor recall doing. My time at TS Entertainment hasn't been long, less than a year and a half, but I do know that I was not abused, mentally or physically.

What they said was a bunch of lies and fans should not believe them. I will be debuting as a soloist soon because of their leave."

After Mina released her rebuttal, Mayse Son, Min's best friend and popular idol went on live to speak of the situation and Min's current wellbeing.

Mayse said on live: "Minhee is currently staying at my place and is resting after...recent events. She's not in the correct mindset so I'm keeping a close eye on her while she and the others are finding a new company.

Min has told me of many uncomfortable and unbelievably disgusting events that happened when she was at TS. I won't speak of it because it's her personal event that she informed me about and it is not my place to expose that information to the public without her consent.

As my fans know, I do like getting into scandals because I'm usually never in them, but if my friends are involved, I will take part in and protect my friends."
