Mayse was scheduled to participate in Hello Counselor but however had a recording to attend. Her brother; Youngjae had sent in a concern from Mayse's last youtube video. Many comments had requested for the couple to send a complaint to popular variety show: Hello Counselor. Youngjae has requested for his younger sister to participate as a witness to the situation.

The audience was already filled and their previous concerns were done. She arrived in time when the hosts asked for the non-concern's opinion. As Mayse enters, before the male could speak, the host pointer her out. "Oh it's NCT Mayse!" the idol bows to the camera and hosts as she advances to where she's meant to be seated. she was given a microphone by that staff.

"Annyeonghaseyo, I am NCT's Mayse as well as Youngjae's younger sister," she formally introduced herself to the show. The audience applauds the idol as she smiles and bows, waving into the camera, giving the microphone to Baohe who sat beside her. Mayse fixed her hair slightly as she listens to the conversation being held between the homophobic teenager and the hosts of the show. Every now and then, she scrunches her nose at the homophobic's words.

"Mayse-ssi," Mayse looks at the host with a gentle smile. "How does this make you feel? Did you see this happen?"

Mayse holds her hand out, asking for the microphone that Baohe held. Once the microphone was in her grasp, she begins to speak her opinion. "I was with Youngjae oppa and Baohe when this happened. I know him," She points to the teenager. "From school. Honestly as an idol, and a supporter of the LGTBQ community, I feel devastated at this."

She nods slowly, pouting as fans awed at her. "My oppa has suffered through this a lot since high school, when he first came out to the public as bisexual," Mayse explained. Sniffling a bit. "I remember him coming home from school when I was younger, covered in bruises and cuts. He didn't tell our dad because he didn't want to bother him from his work," she elaborated.

The crowd sighs sadly at the story as Youngjae wipes tears away, same with Baohe. The homophobic teenager, rolls his eyes, not understanding the situation. "I thought, in this generation, people would be understanding to the community, and not rude and disgusted by the LGTBQ," Mayse sheds a few tears. She hated people who discriminated the LGTBQ community. After a few questions and Mayse answering them, it was time to vote about the situation.

If it was serious or not. Mayse held her voter and clicked onto the button, saying the situation was serious and should be taken into notice within the community that they live in. The votes came to 269, agreeing that this was a concern.
