Stilinski is badly hurt, Lydia isn't answering her phone, Liam attacked Scott, Kira's gone, Stiles broke up with Malia, Scott knows what Sawyer did, the childhood friendship between the twins and Scott might have just came to an end, and the pack finally believes that Theo isn't who he says he is.

That's barely even the start. After everything that happened, now the pack still has to deal with Theo, the Dread Doctors, Chimeras, as well as Eichen House and a giant resurrected beast.
