Chapter Seventy-Five
๐ŸŒ’ Amplification ๐ŸŒ˜

"Unit 5 heading northwest on Crescent, reporting an incredibly large... something."

"Unit 9 to Dispatch, I think I've got eyes on the same thing. Some kind of rabid animal."

"Unit 5 to 9... Trust me, that's no animal."

"Unit 6 to Dispatch? We have a situation downtown. Multiple fatalities."

"Copy. Medics on the way. Do you have a perp in sight, Unit 6?"

"Negative. Looks like a 10-91E. Animal attack."

"10-4. Can you say what kind of animal?"

Following behind a bunch of cop cars, Scott, Sawyer and Stiles share an anxious look before Stiles reaches forward and grabs the microphone attachment to his police radio to add his own warning. "All units stay back. Do not engage. I repeat, do not engage." Stiles said and then his father's voice came through the radio, "Stiles, get off the radio!"

"All unit alert- wait for backup. Repeat- no one goes near this thing."

"Unit 5 reporting a sighting on Hill Road southbound..."

"Unit 9, I've got it turning off Oakridge, southbound on Beachwood."

"All units, this is Dispatch- we've got a 911 call with additional sightings on Mitchell."

Sawyer furrowed her brows slightly as she listened to the radio, "Beachwood to Mitchell? It's headed back for the hospital." She said, making them look at each other with wide eyes before Sawyer grabbed the microphone. "Dad!" She said into the radio, "Sawyer, get off this channel!" Stilinski said, making Sawyer roll her eyes slightly.

"Dad, just listen to me, okay? It's headed for the hospital, all right? He's headed for Beacon Memorial. Okay? It's headed for the hospital." She says before Stiles shifts gears, driving fast towards the hospital.

Scott, Sawyer and Stiles slowly walk through the hospital's entrance when they suddenly hear a gun cocking behind them. They frantically turn around, but are relieved to find Stilinski behind them, who has just put his finger to his lips to shush them, "Shhhh..."

The three slowly make their way down the hallway when they suddenly hear loud snarling noises overhead, making Scott focus on his hearing on the battle upstairs. "Fourth floor." He said before they quickly walked over to the stairs.

They all slowly walked through the door to see the hall a mess, medical equipment has been toppled over, papers are scattered all over the floor, and segments of the walls and floors, wheelchairs, and medication cabinets are burning with bluish-orange flames.

Sawyer paused for a moment as she furrowed her brows before looking at the other, "Parrish is here." She said in a slight whisper. A second after Parrish comes flying down the hallway like a comet, slamming his back against the wall at the end and bouncing off before landing in a heap on the floor.

Stilinski quickly walked over to Parrish while Stiles and Sawyer followed Scott as he slowly walked down the hall. They notice the Beast's bloody paw prints leading down the hallway. They follow them for a short distance before realizing that the pawprints eventually turn into bloody sneaker-prints.

Sawyer, Scott and Stiles looked up when Deaton walked into the examination room with an envelope. "What I'm about to show you isn't supposed to exist." Deaton said before pulling out a stack of pictures from the envelope. "This is the only surviving evidence of Dr. Valack's time as Chief Medical Officer of Eichen House." He said as he started placing pictures down onto the table.

Each photo was of dozens of different supernatural creatures, including what appears to be Werewolves, Kanimas, and Wendigos, all of whom have had holes drilled into their skulls, and all of whom appear to either be in excruciating pain or dead. "To call it human experimentation would be... charitable." Deaton said.

Sawyer's eyes moved to a specific photo, making her pick it up slightly. It was of a recently-deceased woman with a hole drilled into her forehead, who is clutching the sides of her head, her mouth open in a silent scream. "A Banshee. She died screaming." He said, making her head shoot up to look at him wide eyed.

"So, he drilled holes into their heads? All of them?" Stiles asked, making Deaton look over at him, "That was the experimentation part. He did it to Werewolves, Banshees, Wendigos... Any creature he could get his hands on. And Valack found that trephination would initially heighten their powers, but to levels that couldn't be contained."

"So, he wants to make Lydia more powerful?" Scott asked and Sawyer raised her eyebrows, "Yeah, except she's going to end up like them." She said as she gestured to the photo of the banshee.

"Worse, actually. Lydia's abilities were already pretty exceptional to begin with. Putting a hole in her head... will be like causing a leak in a nuclear reactor. She'll hear everything- every death, every dying scream, all at once." Deaton said, making Sawyer look at him with wide eyes, "That'll kill her." She said.

"Not only that. Her own dying scream could be so powerful that it might kill everyone around her as well." Deaton said, making them all glance at each other for a moment.

Sawyer sighed as she and Anakin followed her father into his office before he closed the door and turned to her. "I'm doing everything I can, but her mom is her legal guardian. She's the only person who can check her out of Eichen House." Stilinski said and Sawyer raised her eyebrows, "Can't we get a court order or something?" She said.

"Technically, trephination is still considered a medical procedure." Stilinski said, making Sawyer look at him crazy as he walked over to his desk, "A judge would have to declare Natalie unfit, which isn't likely. It could all take months." Stilinski said.

"So, you're saying there's nothing we can do?" Sawyer asked and her father sighed softly, "I'm saying there's nothing we can do... legally." He said, making Sawyer slowly smile as she pointed at him. "Oh, you're a bad influence." She said while chuckling before she started to walk away while pulling her phone out to call her brother.

๐ŸŒ’

Everyone stood around the dining table at Scott's house as Scott, Sawyer and Stiles explained their plan. Anakin was laying on the couch watching them. "There's four steps- we get into Eichen, we get into the closed unit, we get Lydia, we get out." Stiles started explaining and Scott nodded. "And we have to do all of this while getting past orderlies, guards, electric door locks, and a mountain ash barrier." Scott said and Malia, Kira, and Liam are all looking at Scott and Stiles as though they're crazy.

"You have a plan for all that?" Malia asked and Sawyer pulled out the key card, "I stole this last night off an orderly. But, it's useless, 'cause they reset the codes each night." She said and Kira raised her eyebrows. "So, why'd you take it?" She asked and Sawyer sighed, "We're getting to that."

"The only way to get Lydia out of Eichen is to make that key card work again." Scott says and Liam squints, not understanding where they are going with this, "How are you going to do that?" He asked and Stiles sighed. "We're getting to that, okay? Just listen-" He says and turns his MacBook around so everyone can see the screen, which seems to have a log on it.

"I pulled all the history off the key card. Two weeks ago, there was a brownout and the security system rebooted. During a reboot, all of the key cards revert back to a default code. So, if we trigger a reboot-" Stiles explains and Liam nods, "The card goes back to the default code. It works again." He said.

"How are we going to cause a brownout?" Kira asked and Sawyer snapped her fingers and pointed at her, "You will. You're going to draw power from the main line- but only enough to cause the brownout." She said and her brother nodded. "Not a blackout. Do that, and you send Eichen into lockdown, which would be bad. Very, very bad." Stiles said.

"There's an electrical room behind the reception counter. The main power line goes into two breakers that run power to all of Eichen." Scott says as he pointed at something on the blueprint while Kira looks at him with wide eyes. "Okay, slight problem- I don't know how to do that." She said and he gave her a reassuring smile, "That's okay! You have time to practice."

"Let's say this goes perfectly. How does a brownout get us into the closed unit of Eichen?" Malia asked, "The system takes five minutes to reboot. In that five minutes, all the alarms will be turned off. The key card should work." Sawyer explained and Scott turned to Liam.

"Liam, you and I get Sawyer and Stiles to the gate of the closed unit. But after that, they have to go on their own. We can't get past the mountain ash barrier. And, when we're gone, all anyone's going to think is that there was a reboot of the security system caused by a brownout." Scott said, making the twins nod in agreement. "Uh, any questions?" Stiles asked.

"How do we get into Eichen House in the first place?"

"What's our worst case scenario?"

"What if I can't do it?"

Liam, Malia and Kira asked all at the same time, making their eyes widen slightly. "Okay, admittedly, a lot could go wrong." Stiles said and Liam raised his eyebrows at him, "Everything could go wrong!" He said.

"Guys, if we don't do this, we lose Lydia. She's going to die in there tonight and take a lot of innocent people with her." Scott said and Sawyer took a deep breath.

๐ŸŒ’

Sawyer and Anakin stood around at the station and slid a set of keys across the reception desk toward Parrish, who was looking at her as if she was insane. "That's the worst plan I've ever heard." He said making Sawyer in offense as Parrish slid the keys back to her.

"Yes, the plan will work perfectly, especially if you agree to drive the van." Sawyer says as she once again slid the keys back to Parrish, who continued to look at her in exasperation. "Is the Sheriff on board with this?" Parrish asked and Sawyer nodded like it was obvious, "How do you think I got the keys?" She asked and Parrish just gave her an incredulous look. "I thought you stole them." He said, making Sawyer nod and shrug slightly.

"I did not steal them. And, we need you because all of the Eichen guards know all of the Sheriff's deputies, alright? We need a real deputy, and one who won't ask questions." Sawyer said and Parrish sighed and shook his head slightly, "It's not safe to bring me along. I'm dangerous." He said and Sawyer rolled her eyes.

"You survived the giant murdering werewolf that has kill over thirty people. I don't think you realize how important you are, dangerous or not." Sawyer said and Parrish just sighed and looked down.

"Please Jordan. We need you on this, we can't get her out without your help. Come on, you can't say no to your best friend." She asked and he raised his eyebrows at her, "I wouldn't call you my best friend." He said and she squinted slightly and thought for a moment. "I'm pretty sure you have before. Are you gonna help us? I'll owe you one." She said.

He looked up at her for a moment, still not that convinced, making her purse her lips. "Anakin, give him puppy dog eyes." Sawyer said, making Parrish look at Anakin as he started at Parrish before letting out a small whine. "You can say no to that." Sawyer said, making Parrish look at her before sighing and nodding as he picked up the keys making her smile.

๐ŸŒ˜

"Okay, our dad's got the lab working on the shoe prints, but, uh, we're all kind of mystified about how giant clawed werewolf feet turned back into a pair of sneakers." Stiles said as he, Sawyer, Anakin and Scott walked down the stairs of the library. "Argent said it wouldn't be like anything we've ever seen before."

"Did he say it was going to defy the laws of physics?" Sawyer asked sarcastically before Scott stopped making them stop too. They followed his trail of sight to see Theo leaning against a bookshelf, reading a book.

"What the hell are you doing here?" Sawyer asked coldly and he looked over at them and closed the book, "I still need to graduate." He said as he took a step forward. "No. No, what you need is to be beaten. Severely. With a lead pipe wrapped in barbed wire-" Stiles said and Sawyer nodded along with him until Theo interrupted him.

"Okay, I admit, mistakes were made." Theo said, making Sawyer scoff and raise her eyebrows. "Oh? So that what we're calling murder now?" Sawyer asked, making him roll his eyes.

"You know how the Soviets helped us win World War II? They knew how to make it through a Russian winter." Theo said, making them look at him weird, "That it? Okay. Thank you, Theo. Very informative." The twins both said sarcastically. "If you're planning to break Lydia out of Eichen House, you still need to get past the mountain ash. We can make it through. You can't, Scott." Theo said, making Sawyer dramatically roll her eyes.

"What do you really want?" Scott asked making Theo look over at him, "I know you saw the fresco. Two seriously pissed off creatures, the Hellhound and the Beast, fighting over a pile of dead bodies? I don't want to be one of the bodies. It's that simple." Theo said and they just glared at him, "I can get you to Lydia. Or, we can see who gets to her first." Theo said, making Sawyer raise her eyebrows and step forward, shrugging off Scott's hand when he tried to grab her.

"Lay a hand on my girlfriend and that story you told Scott about Donovan, will happen to you." She threatened and he just smirked at her before setting the book down and walking away.

"I want to kill him." Sawyer said as she turned to the boys. "There's no way he knows what Valack's doing. Why's he so interested in her?" Stiles asked and Sawyer sighed and shrugged, "He probably thinks what we're all thinking- that Lydia's got something bigger to do with this. That maybe she's the one person who can actually save us."

๐ŸŒ’

"She took out the whole school?" Sawyer asked as they all stood around the McCall house, "She took out the whole grid." Malia said, making Sawyer nod slightly. "Awesome" She mumbled while Kira just looked at Scott. "Look, I failed every single practice try. This isn't going to work." Kira said and Liam sighed.

"How far can we get without the brownout?" Liam asked, "The front door." Stiles said, making Sawyer sigh while rubbing her face. "We're going." Scott said, making Kira look at him incredulously, "Scott, we went through boxes of light bulbs." Kira said and Scott just shook his head.

"It doesn't matter. You can do this!" Scott said optimistically, making Kira sigh, "The key card won't work unless there's a reboot, and there's no reboot without a brownout." Kira said. "I know you can do this." Scott said then looked around at Liam, Stiles, Sawyer and Malia, whose facial expressions are each varying states of skepticism.

"Anyone here think she can't?" Scott asked and Stiles, Sawyer and Liam instantly shook their heads, "Not me." Liam said. "I'm the one who put you in the plan." Stiles said and Sawyer nodded in agreement, "I've never doubted you or your abilities." She said and then they all looked over at Malia.

"What?" She asked and Sawyer raised her eyebrows, "I believe in you, too, Kira." Sawyer whispered, making Malia look at her crazy. "I'm the one who's going to be locked in an electrical room with her!" Malia said and they all gave her a look, making her sigh and turn to Kira, "Y-you can do it..." She said.

Kira looked at all of them before sighing, "You guys are all crazy. We're gonna die." She said and Sawyer nodded slightly. "Sounds like the McCall Pack norm. Now let's save my girlfriend."

๐ŸŒ˜

"Delivery to the morgue." Parrish says after he pulled up to the tail booth of Eichen House. The guard frowned and looked down at his clipboard, "I don't see you on the list." He said.

"You heard about the animal attacks, right? The hospital ran out of refrigerated drawers, and Eichen's got the only other up-to-code morgue in the county." Parrish said and the guard sighed, "Let's have a look." He said, making Parrish's eyes widen for a moment.

"I don't think you want to do that- the stench back there almost made me pass out while driving." He said and the guard gives Parrish a hard look before impatiently repeating his earlier request, "Open the back of the van, please." He said. Parrish sighed and put the cruiser in park before getting out and walking around to the trunk, opening the door to reveal at least a half-dozen full body bags on the floor of the trunk.

"I'll need to log the names off the toe tags."

"There's significant decomp. They were found in the county tunnels way past rigor." Parrish said and the guard once again looked at Parrish suspiciously and repeated his demand, "Open them up, please." He said.

Parrish let out a deep breath and reached toward one of the body bags, gingerly pulling the zipper and opening it to reveal a badly decomposing body. It apparently smells as badly as Parrish described, because the guard gags and steps back covering his nose. Parrish goes to open the next one, only for him to stop him and wave him off, still trying to prevent himself from vomiting from the smell.

"No. No. Go. Just go." He says and Parrish smiled as he zipped the bag back up and shut the doors.

A few minutes later all the body bags were sitting in the morgue when four of them started to open. Sawyer takes a deep breath as she sits up, watching Scott, Liam and Stiles sit up as well. "Never again." Stiles said, making Sawyer laugh, "We'll be in one of these again in the future." She said before awkwardly getting out, nearly falling before she jumped off the table.

Scott nods at him in agreement before pulling his phone out of his pocket and looking at the timer he has set on it, which reads 7:45:15 PM. He looks up at Liam and Stiles with a serious expression, "Fifteen minutes starting now." He said and they all nodded.

Scott and Liam each quietly extricate themselves from their body bags without issue, while Stiles, who sat up on the table in order to make it easier on himself, flails so hard in his attempt to get out that he falls off of the table and onto the floor. Sawyer bursted out laughing while Scott and Liam both look at him as he groans from the impact on the floor.

Scott pressed his ear to the door, listening closely to the footsteps leading down the hall away from them. Once he's determined that the hallway is clear, he looks back at Sawyer, Stiles and Liam before opening the door so the three can quietly slip out of the room.

The four sneak through the general unit toward one of the gates to the closed unit. But when they turn the corner, they see two orderlies standing in the hallway making them instantly hide behind the wall. "What are they doing there?" Scott asked and Stiles shook his head, "I don't know. Their rounds should've ended five minutes ago."

"I can take them." Liam said, making them all turn to look at him crazy, "No one's taking anyone." Scott said and Sawyer sighed. "How much time?" She asked and Scott looked at his phone and sighed, "Three minutes."

"I'll just knock them out and hide the bodies!" Liam said, making the twins roll their eyes in exasperation and gave Liam a look, "Oh, my God- please, stop." They both said.

This entire time, the four of them had been so preoccupied with their plan that they didn't notice the guy locked in a cell in front of them, who is now becoming incredibly agitated as he pounds his fist against the bulletproof glass. The sound startles them making them all instinctively jump backward away from the sound.

"Did you take the doctor?" The guy asked, making them all look at each other wide eyed. Down the hallway, the orderlies are starting to get suspicious of the patient's shouting. "What?" Liam whispered, "Did you take the doctor? I haven't had my medication. I need ten milligrams at 8AM, fifteen milligrams at 1PM, and no more than twenty at dinner." The guy said.

"We'll get the doctor..."

"Dr. Fenris. Dr. Fenris." The guy said before starting to sob, "They took Dr. Fenris." He cried, hitting the glass again. "I haven't had my medication! I need to see the doctor! They took Dr. Fenris!" They guy said, still hitting the glass, catching the orderlies attention. "Hey, somebody shut him up."

"I need to see the doctor!"

"Shut him up!"

Scott scrunches up his face more before extending his fangs, glowing his bright crimson eyes as he growls ferociously. The patient's eyes widened as he went silent and backed away from the glass of his cell in fear.

The orderlies, hearing no more rambling from the patient, assume that he was just talking to himself and walk through a side door, allowing the four to continue on. "Come on." Sawyer whispered before leading them to the gate. As they walked down the hallway the lights briefly went out, only to be replaced by the back-up generator lights, causing them all to sigh in relief.

"She did it! Kira did it!"

"Five minutes to get to Lydia."

They walk up to the gate to the closed unit, where Sawyer pulls out the keycard she stole before raising it to swipe it through the digital lock. Only to find that there is no such lock to be found, making her eyes widen. "Where's the card reader? It should be here. It has to be here." She said as she glanced at her brother and her friends, "They must have taken it out when the Dread Doctors got through." Scott said and she raised her eyebrows.

"Are you telling me that we came all the way down here, just to be stopped by an ordinary key? Are you kidding me? I stole a key card for nothing?" Sawyer asked in frustration. It was quiet for a moment until Liam spoke up, "We don't need a key." He said, making them all look at him with raised eyebrows.

"Not if we can break it down." He said and Scott looks at Stiles, who shrugs slightly before pulling his sister back a bit as Scott and Liam both grab the wire fence gate with their fingers and start pulling it as hard as they can.

Scott and Liam grunt and groan as they put all of their strength and focus into breaking open the gate, while Stiles and Sawyer watch anxiously. After a moment, Sawyer spoke up, "Guys, we're running out of time."

"We can't... The mountain ash... It's too much." Scott groaned and the four of them all look overwhelmed and disappointed at the prospect of letting Lydia down, and after a moment, Liam gets a determined look on his face as he turns to Scott, "Hit me." He said making them all look at him weird.

"What?"

"Hit me! I'll get angry, then I'll get stronger." Liam said and Scott just continued to look at him like he was insane. Although Stiles and Sawyer seemed wholeheartedly in support of this plan, "Hit him. Hit him!" They both said.

"I tried to take your powers. I tried to kill you. Hit me!" Liam said, trying to piss Scott off. Scott continues to look at him with a flabbergasted expression, and Liam looks at Stiles and Sawyer for assistance. "He also left you for dead." Stiles said and Sawyer nodded, "And it was all for a girl he only just started dating... Like Alpha, like Beta, honestly." Sawyer said and Liam nodded in agreement.

"I wanted you dead!"

Scott tries to resist his anger, but finally gives in and punches Liam in the face hard enough that he's briefly knocked off-balance. "Do it again!" He said and Scott punches Liam in the face again, knocking him to his knees. Sawyer scoffed and gestured to Liam, "Oh come on man! I've seen you hit harder than that." She said.

"Do it! Do it!"

Scott punches Liam again, and they both grunt under their breath from the exertion as Stiles cheers them on, "Yeah!" Stiles yelled as Sawyer just watched in amusement as Scott punched Liam one more time.

Scott, trying to keep his werewolf powers under control, looks at Liam, who is slumped against the gate, growling slightly. "You angry?" He asked and Liam turned to face him, his eyes glowing gold and his fangs out as he growled menacingly, "Me too." Scott said.

Scott nods toward the door, and both werewolves grab the gate and use their newly-heightened super strength to pull on the door. It takes a few moments before Scott and Liam are able to wrench the door off its hinges and shove it past the mountain ash barrier. "Guys go!" Scott yelled and Sawyer and Stiles instantly ran through.

They walk through the halls, using the keycard to get through a second gate that leads into another hallway as Stiles nervously looks around to make sure they weren't being followed by guards or other Eichen employees. "What room is she in?" Stiles asked as Sawyer led him down the hallway, "Right here." Sawyer said before running into a room.

They run in only to find a very weak and pale Lydia laying silently on the bed, her wrists and ankles strapped to the bed frame and Valack's bloody drill laying on the table next to her. Sawyer froze in horror, especially when she saw the bloody wound on the left side of Lydia's head above her ear. When Lydia sees them, she looks both relieved and terrified.

"Sawyer...? Stiles...?" The sound of Lydia's voice spurs Sawyer into action, and she finally rushes over to her girlfriend while Stiles stayed by the door to keep watch. Sawyer gently cupped Lydia's face to examine the wound more closely. Lydia, however, only becomes more panicked as she weakly pleads with her, "You can't be here."

Sawyer's eyes glanced from Lydia's trephination wound and her bloody, sweat-soaked pillow to the leather straps binding her wrists to the bed. Lydia used all her strength to slightly lift her head up, her eyes widening in fear. "You'll die if you stay. All of you." Lydia said and Sawyer shook her head, "Lydia, we're not leaving you." She said.

Sawyer frantically tried to undo Lydia's restraints, but Lydia wasn't giving up on trying to get them to leave. "Sawyer, he's coming..." She said and Sawyer shook her head, "Lydia, I'm not leaving you here!"

"You have to!"

A beeping noise indicated that someone had just entered the closed unit, and Lydia's eyes were wide with fear as she stared up at Sawyer intensely. "Sawyer go! Please!" Lydia said and Sawyer hesitated, staring at her girlfriend like it pained her to see her like this before Stiles grabbed her arm. "We have to go." He said and Sawyer reluctantly let her brother pull her out and around a corner leading to an adjacent hall just as Valack walked into Lydia's room from the opposite direction.

He looks at Lydia, who looks back at him with a blank expression, and does not seem to sense that Stiles and Sawyer were just in the room. Outside one of the gates to the closed unit, Stiles had a slight hold on his sister's arm as she breathed heavily while yhey ducked behind the corner so they could listen to Valack and Lydia.

Valack sat at Lydia's bedside as he grabbed a cotton ball and used it to blot at the bleeding trephination wound on Lydia's head. The contact makes Lydia wince and flinch away from him, but Valack continues to speak with her in a soothing voice, "Stay focused, Lydia."

"What did you do to me?"

"I've amplified your abilities- something that might just save the lives of your friends." Valack says, making Sawyer suck in a deep breath. "Theo and Hayden... They found it. They were looking for Noah, but they found a symbol. A circle inside of another circle, carved into a wall... the symbol of Scott's pack." Lydia said.

Valack seemes intrigued and slightly nervous about this information, as well as Stiles and Sawyer, who glanced at each other before moving closer to the gate so they can hear better. "It was more than a symbol, wasn't it? It was a promise to reunite them." Valack asks.

"Yes."

"But has Scott done it yet? Will he be coming for you?"

"Someone's coming..." Lydia says as the buzzer to the far gate to the closed unit buzzes loudly, indicating to Valack, Sawyer and Stiles that someone is heading toward Lydia's room. "...But it's not Scott."

The gate to the closed unit on the opposite end of the hall from where Stiles is hiding opens, just as Theo, Tracy, Josh, and Corey walk through it and head toward Lydia's room. Stiles and Sawyer listen in on the confrontation currently underway. Tracy has Valack pinned in a choke-hold against the wall in the hallway as Theo, noting the trephination hole in Lydia's skull, scoffs incredulously.

"I can't believe this is actually a medical establishment." Theo muttered and despite being in a choke-hold, Valack looks at Theo curiously, "Now, what would a pack of Chimeras want with a Banshee?" He asked and Theo smirks at him, clearly enjoying that he seemingly has the upper-hand in this scenario.

"I don't want a Banshee. I'm looking for a Hellhound." Theo said and the twins' eyes widen in shock when a loud, rumbling roar is heard through the hallway, just as Parrish, in full Hellhound-mode, appears behind the gate that the Chimera Pack had walked through several minutes earlier and uses his clawed hands and Hellhound fire to melt the metal gate, causing it to glow as brightly as the fire around his body as it collapses into a twisted pile on the floor.

Valack looks somewhat satisfied by Parrish as he turns to address Theo, who is whose eyes are wide in surprise. "You wanted a Hellhound? I think you found one." He said and Theo continues to stare curiously at Parrish, who bursts into flames and roars threateningly at the Chimeras before walking through the now-destroyed gate toward Lydia's room. Corey and Josh, who have just heard all of the commotion, walk out into the hallway and gape in shock at Parrish as he walks toward them.

All of the sudden a loud roar traveled around Eichen making Sawyer and Stiles turn their heads slightly at the sound as Sawyer's eyes clouded over for a moment.
