The town Shadyside was indeed cursed.

Everyone knew it.

Yet there were still some who tried to deny it, saying it was merely just bad luck that their town decayed as Sunnyvale, their neighboring town, continued to blossom into the colorful and rich town it was.

Bunny Cadell knew Shadyside was cursed. All the bad things that happened throughout the years, always being summed up to 'Another Shadysider Gone Bonkers'.

She had wanted to know how, and why, the people of Shadyside continued to have the bad luck, while the people Sunnyvale was able to live their lives in peace.

So she began to look through all the killings that had happened throughout the years, dating back to 1666, a pastor named Cyrus Miller, and the latest murderer of Shadyside?

Ryan Torres, now known as the Skull Mask Killer, who was Bunny's best friend, along with Heather who he had murdered last night, right before being shot in the head.

That was how she knew that there was one hundred percent something wrong with this town, knowing that Ryan would never hurt Heather, or the other workers.

So what did that leave her with? The only possible explanation... Sarah Fier, the Shadyside witch.
