"Harry." Juliet said softly as she opened one of the doors, finding the Potter boy seated on the old, leather couch, "Could I come in?"

"Sure." Harry said softly, snapping out of his thoughts as he watched Juliet walk into the room slowly, shutting the door behind her quietly. She had a bag in hand, one he hadn't seen before.

"I'm really sorry you didn't make prefects with us, it would have been better with you there." Juliet said with a sad smile, feeling guilty for her, Hermione, and even Ron making prefects wouldn't him.

"That's all right." Harry said with a half smile, "Reckon i've gotten into too much trouble."

"Well if it makes you feel any better the only reason Dumbledore picked me was so I could live on Cedrics legacy, said it in the letter, just with different words." Juliet spoke as she sat down before him, looking around the sad, depressing room with just a few painting.

"You're gonna make a good one, just like he did." Harry said as Juliet smiled sadly and looking into her lap, "How are you holding up since..."

"Not the best." Juliet answered honestly with a small nod, "It's just easier to convince everyone else I am, you can understand that, can't you?"

"Very much so." Harry nodded, shocked someone actually understood it. Harry never realized how similar him and Juliet were, he never realized that being together was the best way to cope rather then the two being so far apart in fear of hurting the other, "What you have there?"

"I stayed the Amos for a little bit over the summer, he wanted me to have a few of Cedrics things, I grabbed some for you and Cho." Juliet said as she opened the bag quickly, a sad sigh leaving her lips.

"Juliet, no, you should have all of that, please." Harry said, feeling guilty for her giving him the things she felt close to him with.

"I want too." Juliet said as she met his eyes, her eyes sad, finally dropping the happy act she'd had since she walked through the door, "He'd want you to have it."

Harry nodded slowly, watching her dig through the bag once again and pull a small pin from the bottom. It was a yellow C with gold, fake diamonds outlining it. Juliet held it in the air, letting the bit of light shine through the window, causing it to shine a golden twinkle.

"He bought this when we were thirteen, he wanted everyone to think it was real gold." Juliet said with a half smile, the memory playing in her head over and over, "It was right before I got expelled from school."

"Could I..." Harry trialed off, motioning to the pin ad Juliet nodded and passed it to him with a slight shake of her hand. Harry stared down at in, the fake gold mesmerizing in his eyes, a half smile on his face.

"Then just one more thing, we had a matching pair... I didn't want them to go to bad use." Juliet said as she pulled out a pair a knitted winter gloves. They were also yellow with a black lining, poorly knitted but made her smile, "We took a knitting class the winter before he passed, we didn't do very well but if you put them on, it kinda feels like he's there."

"Juliet, I can't take those from you." Harry spoke to her with a shake of his head, staring at her with sad, wide eyes.

"Please." Juliet begged him, setting the gloves into his lap, "Just put them on."

Harry hesitated before he slid the slightly bigger gloves onto his hands. He could feel what Juliet was feeling, the way his hands were indented into the inside of the gloves made it feel as though he was holding onto his hand. Juliet found Harry's now gloved hand, her black gloves thin enough to feel the warmth. The two stayed like that for a moment, holding hands to make it feel as though Cedric was holding both of them at once.

"I really miss him, Harry." Juliet spoke sadly, her voice breaking as she looked down in her lap, "I'd do anything for him to be here."

"So would I." Harry spoke, his eyes watered as his hand tightened around Juliets, making her look at him with her own watery eyes, "He'd be really proud of you."

"For what? Being a fake?" Juliet asked with a small laugh, using the back of her hand to whip the tear that escaped her eye.

"For getting through this." Harry corrected her, staring at her seriously, "Not many people would be able to."

"Guess we're just good actors." Juliet said, staring at Harry across from her as Harry cracked her a half smile.

"Guess so." he agreed.

"Your mom is gonna kill us." Juliet whispered as she laid by Ron's side in the dark room, "Harry too."

"Harry's asleep." Ron said, only being able to make out bits of her face through the moonlight, "Mom won't know, she'd sleep through a hurricane if we let her."

"You think she likes me?" Juliet asked, messing with his hands across from her, "I mean, she did cry and everything."

"She loves you." Ron reassured her, "Already asked me what your favorite colors were for christmas."

"Well, I suspect you told her orange and purple." Juliet spoke sarcastically as Ron nudges her leg with his foot, making her laugh quietly, "Hopefully we last till christmas."

"What do you mean?" he asked, scooting closer to her, tucking his head into her neck and fluttering his eyes shut.

"I was just kidding." Juliet reassured him after hearing the slight sadness and worry in his voice, "Nates having a baby."

"What?" Ron asked in shock, moving against her slightly to encourage her to hold him.

"Owled me today, his girlfriend is five months pregnant, he was waiting to tell me." Juliet said with a small laugh, Ron could feel her chest vibrate slightly from where he laid, "I get to be a auntie, isn't that cool."

"Oh, yeah." Ron agreed with her with a hum, satisfied when she wrapped her arms around around him better, "Has he graduated yet?"

"No, she has though and he's gonna pick up a extra job when it's born." Juliet said as he hummed, pressing a small kiss to her jaw before laying back down in the comfort of the crock of his neck.

"Jules?" Ron asked as she hummed in response, "Who were you visiting a few hours away from here?"

"I already told you, Ron." Juliet said,ย  bit of annoyance in her voice for having him ask for the third time, "Just a friend you don't know."

"Yeah, but who are they?" Ron urged her more. He trusted Juliet and knew she wouldn't ever hurt him, but he couldn't help but feel the slightest burn of insecurity and jealousy.

Juliet was silent for a moment, "A cousin of mine, a second cousin, I just found out about them recently."

"That's bloody brilliant, why didn't you just tell me that?" Ron asked as Juliet felt guilty for not telling him the whole story, "Are you gonna stay there now for holiday?"

"It's kinda complicated." Juliet admits as she raked her fingers though his hair, "But possibly."

"How'd you find them?" Ron questioned, sitting up to hold himself up, staring down at her.

"Moms dead sisters daughters kid." Juliet said as Ron raised his eyebrows at her, "So simple isn't it?"

"How'd they take your sarcasm?" Ron asked as he laid back down on top of her, making sure to put more of his body weight on her, sitting up just to use the excuse to do so.

"Not sure really, we mainly just talked, they're -" she began, she began to tell Ron everything before she stopped herself, thinking of how he'd react, "They're just confused like me."

"I'm glad you found some more family." Ron said, his voice drowsy from the way she played with his hair, "Know you've been wanting too, and now you're gonna be a auntie."

"Hope i'm good with kids." Juliet admits as Ron hummed, grazing his lips over any bit of skin he could reach before falling onto her again with a tired sigh.

"You will be." he mumbled, almost impossible to hear, "Goodnight."

Juliet smiled softly as she kept him close to her, a kiss to the forehead before she shut her eyes as well, hoping to god Harry would wake them before Molly did.

"Ugh, where is she?" Ron groaned as he watched the Hufflepuff cart unload with all of them, Juliet not in sight.

"She should have been up fromt with the prefects with us, didn't you tell her, Ron?" Hermione asked in disbelief as Ron gave her a side glare.

"I don't need to tell her what to do." he said with a huff, watching the Hufflepuffs stop exiting, indicating they all were off, "Maybe she got held b-"

"Why are you waiting here? I told you i'd meet you inside." Juliets voice rung as the three turned and saw her standing behind them with wide eyes. Harry knew Ron would notice, but he could see she was hiding something.

"Just wanted to make sure you got inside okay, why weren't you in your section?" Ron questioned her as Juliets black, heeled boots clicked on the pavement as she hurried toward them.

"I got lost, come on, we're gonna miss the carriage." Juliet spoke quickly as she grabbed hold of Ron's arm along with Hermiones, Harry trailing close behind them before a voice rung through the brisk, night air.

"I'm surprised the Ministry's still letting you walk around free, Potter." Draco spoke as he walked along side the four with a nasty glare, "You better enjoy it while you can. I'm expecting there's a cell in Azkaban with your name on it."

Harry pounced at Draco as Ron was quick to hold him back, the blonde boy jumping with a look of fear.

"Just walk away, Draco, no one asked for your opinion." Juliet spoke to the Malfoy boy with a roll of her eyes, only having him hurry away with his usual band of Slytherins behind him.

"Just stay away from me!" Harry shouted after him while Ron kept a grip on his shoulders to keep him from chasing after.

"It's only Malfoy, what'd you expect?" Ron questioned him, letting the Potter boy go while they headed for the carriage once again. Juliet cleared her throat and she ducked behind Ron, seeing Cho on the carriage before them.

"You said you wanted to talk to her." Ron said knowingly as he looked over his shoulder, making out Juliet kneeling behind him in the slightest.

"Well, yeah." Juliet agreed with a uneasy nod, "Just not yet."

"Hi, guys." Neville said as he appeared next to the four.

"Hi, Neville." the four said on sync, watching the carriage leave.

"What a lovely plant you have." Juliet said as she stared at Neville pants rested in his arms, "Did you use the corrected potting soil?"

"Oh, yes, of course." Neville agreed with wide eyes and a half smile, "Do you know about plants?"

"Only the ones that help with healing, i'm wanting to be a healer when I graduate." Juliet said as the two left the three, heading for the carriage, "Rons mother gave me one, I had it shipped here before so I didn't have to suffocate it in my bags."

"Gran gave me this one before I left, had to leave the others back home." Neville said with a small frown, Ginny jogging to catch up with the the two.

"Juliet, Ron's suspicious." Ginny whispered as the three pushed their small bags onto the carriage, "Thinks you're hiding something, said it to Harry."

"He's just paranoid." Juliet rolled her eyes, though guilt formed in her chest immediately, "I'll talk to him."

"You're not going mad, I can see them too." a soft, satisfying voice rung in the air as a platinum blonde haired girl pulled the Quibbler down from infront of her face, peering down at Harry, "You're just as sane as I am."

With a awkward clear of each of their throats, the four Gryffindors and Hufflepuff got onto the carriage with the Ravenclaw. Juliet sat next to her with a small smile, making room for Ron to sit next to her. Juliet met his eye with a small sigh, rubbing his back softly with a gentle kiss to his shoulder.

"Everyone this is Loony-" Hermione began before she gave a odd look toward Neville and his plant, clearly trying to save herself, "Luna Lovergood."

"Juliet Knightly." Juliet introduced herself to the girl, a small smile on her face.

"Oh yes, you were expelled from Hogwarts your third year for freeing house elves without permission, now you are in a grade younger then you need to be and are in a very serious relationship with Ronald Weasley." Luna said as Juliet raised her eyebrows, going to speak before was cut off, "You also answer most questions with sarcasm and aren't the best of dancers."

"Sums you up nicely." Ginny said as Juliet gave her a look.

"What a interesting necklace." Hermione said as she eyed Lunas odd, different necklace around her neck.

"It's a charm actually, keeps away the Nargles." Luna said with a small nod, a faint smile on her face as Neville gave her a awkward one back, "Hungry. I hope there's pudding."

"What's a Nargle?" Ron whispered to Juliet as she shed him, rubbing the back of his neck as the carriage began to move.
