"She's just so stunning" You say while staring at the schools "It" girl, Maddy Perez.

Nearly everyone loves Maddy, guys wanted to date her and girls wanted to be her. In this situation you were a girl who wanted to date her, really bad.

After having a huge-never ending crush on the girl for quite some years now, wanting to get her attention was always the main goal. It was hard when that douchebag Nate Jacobs came along but thankfully that relationship was a done-deal now.

Having connections with Maddy's best friend Cassie Howard she was part of the big reason why your chances with dating Maddy was getting higher and higher everyday.

Cassie gave you some really helpful tips that could help you guys get together because she says "it would be like literally the greatest thing ever if you two were a thing", or that's how you remember she said it

Now coming forward to where you guys are right now it's you and Cassie sitting at a table in one of your classes.

"Well if she's so 'stunning' how about you go ask her out on a date, I feel like she likes you well enough to actually say yes" Cassie says trying to convince you go ask her best friend out

"What're you talking about Cass? She does not like me..are you smoking with Rue after school Cass?" Cassie laughs at what you said

"No I'm not asshole, If you think Maddy doesn't like you, You obviously haven't see the way she stares at you when you're looking the other way." She says chuckling, nodding her head in Maddy's direction.

You follow the way Cassie's head had nodded towards, looking up you see Maddy staring at you while she was having a conversation with Kat. When you both made eye contact for 2 seconds Maddy breaks contact really quickly while blushing, continuing to pick up her conversation with Kat.

"Oh my god, oh my god, oh my god. Cass, Cass did you see that? You saw that right? Maddy Fucking Perez was just blushing because of me", you say panicking to Cassie.

"Yeah I noticed Y/n it wasn't really that hard to miss. Maddy has been checking you out for a while this school year, she obviously has a crush on you. I don't know how you couldn't see it" Cassie says while re-applying her lip gloss

"What are talking about she hasn't checked me out up until this moment" You say confused "Uhh I don't know maybe because she only checks you out when your back is facing her" Cassie says sarcastically. You give her a look before saying.

"She can have almost any person she wants in this school but she picks me? I'm just like any other student, I don't understand the interest." You say while finishing up your class work

Cassie pauses for a second while she thinks, "Hm I don't know about that really, I mean if she wants you there's obviously something she sees in you...which is why you should ask the girl out, oh my goodness this is so much more harder than it needs to be" Cassie finished while hitting your arm softly.

You hear the bell ring, indicating that it's lunch time. You and Cassie make your way to the cafeteria and grabbing a seat while starting to eat. You guys were talking to each other and laughing until Maddy took a seat with her lunch right next to you.

She gives both of you a smile and then asks "Can I sit here?" Cassie finishes chuckling at a joke you had made earlier, saying "Yeah go ahead, I'll be right back guys I just need to use the bathroom" she says smirking and making her way out the cafeteria

You were about to start eating in silence until you hear Maddy speak up "Hey y/n how've you been?" When she asks you that question you notice her scooching closer to you

You sit up, turning your head to face her direction fully "Me? Oh I've been- Uh I've been good yeah, what um what about you?"
Maddy starts to smile "I've been doing well.." she trails off but then begins to speak up

"Y'know I missed you yesterday" when you hear her say that you feel the blood rushing to your face "What happened?" She asks

"Oh I didn't feel so good yesterday so I just didn't come." You say while tugging on the strings of your hoodie. You feel Maddy place her hand on your thigh while staring at your face

"Ohh, I hope you feel much better today." she coos. You feel your face heat up when you feel the contact of her hand on your thigh. You hear her start to speak up once again

"I know this is out of the blue but, you're really attractive-" At that part alone you feel your heart rate go high. That was the only part of the sentence you kept focus on until you saw her get up from the table after she placed something in your hand.

When she walks away and Cassie finally comes back from the bathroom. You open your hand to see what she placed in your hand, but then Cassie snatches it out of your hand while taking her seat next to you.

"What is this?" She says teasingly. "It's a note from Maddy" After you say that you notice that Cassie's face lightens up with a smile "Oh my god what?!" She looks at the strip of paper with writing on it, she clears her throat getting ready to read it out loud to you

"Ok it says 'Heres my number if you want to chat more, and maybe we can meet up at my house after school tomorrow'- xoxo Maddy" You smile after hearing what was written on it by your crush and hearing Cassie fan girl was pretty funny.

"Oh my god!!! Y/n do you know what this means? She just gave you her number and invited you to her house?" You grab the note from Cassie's hand and place it in your pocket for later.

"I really hope you guys start dating or I'm like gonna die." Cassie says "Jesus Cass you're more excited than I am" you say laughing. "Ok c'mon y/n let's get to the rest of our classes so we can talk more about it after school" Cassie says dragging you by the hand to your next class

"Yeah see you tomorrow Cass" you say to Cassie as she waves and drives off, leaving your house.

When you get ready to go to bed after your shower, you grab your phone off the nightstand texting a certain contact with a smile.
