The results had come in only minutes ago, yet from everyone's ghostly expressions you guessed something had happened. They parted like the sea, letting you pass as each one of their beady eyes laid upon you. You made your way slowly towards the bulletin, standing beside the student president, by his face you guessed he had just seen someone die. You looked back at the bulletin, "Number One - Y/n L/n" you couldn't help but smirk seeing the Gakushu Asano came second to you. You smirked, placing your hand on his shoulder seeing him glare at you with rage.

'Aww my baby Gakushu, the first loser.' You giggled,

The two of you hated one another, yet as for him you knew what sliced him hard. You patted his shoulder turning around to see the board chairman. You quickly bowed down in respect before slowly standing back up with your hands behind your back. You watched him glare at his son before he smiled back at you.

'Dear y/n congrats,' the man paused, 'How about my dear Gakushu here inviting you over for a victory dinner?'

You were about to politely decline yet he insisted so you agreed. You watched the man disappear, turning your head to see an angry Gakushu staring bullets at his father as the man disappeared down the hallway. You looked at Gakushu, gently slapping his cheek as you walked away from the boy.

It had been a few hours since you were invited to have dinner with the Asano family, and the sound of the last bell signaled you would see their house soon. You watched the rest of the kids leave the class, Gakushu was a few seats in front of you, he was throwing his bag over his shoulder before staring at you. You could hear his sigh as he made his way towards you, picking your bag up and swinging it over your shoulder. You stood up with a smile upon your face. He was obviously over your petty shit yet you continued on. You had made it to a crossing when you noticed there were a few odd looks coming from a few boys at a different school, they were like dogs as they stared at you. You grabbed Gakushu's hand, you guessed he got the idea and instead of slapping your hand away he just tightened his grip around your hand pulling you with him as he crossed the road.

The two of you didn't let each other go until you reached his door. The two of you just blushed, letting each other go as he opened the door. He placed your bags down at the door walking you to the kitchen.

'You can eat whatever.' he sighed,

You stared at him, and smiled. You made your way to your fridge, your eyes flickered down until you found a few strawberries. You placed them onto the bench, Gakushu was staring across on the other side of the kitchen. You just continued to eat the planet of strawberries staring at him with a glare. You watched him, bit his lip for a moment. In a matter of seconds his lips were against yours, his arms hugging your body. It took you a while to kiss back in which you wrapped your arms around his neck. You moved away to the point your foreheads touch as the two of you painted softly.

'Well was that what I got for beating you?' You giggled,

Your face was bright pink, you were embarrassed so you leant forward placing your head on his shoulder trying to calm down your emotions.

'Oh shut up,' he grumbled,

You couldn't help but giggle, time had passed and you were currently sitting at the dinner table on the opposite side of you was Gakushu who couldn't keep his face from blushing as the twi of you stared at one another while eating dinner. You guessed Gakuho could tell what had gone on because you could see him smirk every once and a while. The two of you were excused after cleaning up, Gakushu took you to his bedroom. Gakushu sat on his bed with you laying on it behind him.

'a-Are we something?'

You had never heard him be so doubtful, you just smiled.

'If you ask,' you smiled,

You watched him turn around to stare at you, he was obviously flustered which made you flustered in return.

'Do you wanna?' he questioned,

You just smiled and nodded your head. He slowly laid down beside you, the two of you just staring at one another. Gakushu placed a kiss on your lip and the next thing you knew the two of you were knocked out asleep. Though for you it wasn't for that long, Gakushu was snuggled up to you and staring at the two of you from the doorway was his father who you guessed had manipulated the whole thing.

'I came second didn't I?' You whispered,

You propped yourself up by your elbow, you watched him nod which just made you smirk. You looked down at Gakushu who was still snuggled up to you saying your name as he sighed in his dreams. You glared at Gakuho, you weren't angry, you were rather pleased with his scheme and you were thankful for the outcome, you watched him disappear and you slowly fell back asleep in the arms of your new lover.
