You and your homeroom teacher never really talked, the only words you said to him was "Hi sir, bye sir." day in and day out that was all you said to him. You were always shy and awkward to talk to so you didn't really speak to anyone. You kept to yourself most days, never talked to your classmates, never talked to your homeroom teacher yet things were about to change and your non-existing relationship with your teacher would become an amazing friendship over a common interest.

You walked down the large hill leading you to the main road to UA Highschool, everyone else had left earlier than you yet you stayed back studying in the library for an hour or two. You had made it to the main road when two of your favourite songs had gone by and you were on the third of your favourite playlist. You stood outside your favourite convenient store a few blocks away from the UA high school. You were standing there counting your pocket change when an odd sound made you pause for a moment. The sounds of kittens purr and meow continuously made you wonder what was going on, the sounds were coming from the alleyway next door. You walked past the shop and around the alleyway following the sound you walked passed the garbage bin to stare at the box. Inside meowing were two baby cats each one looked bare weeks old and starving from their appearance.

You didn't know who you could get help from, you didn't really talk to anyone yet there was one person who liked cats as much as you did and was an adult. You picked up the box, holding it tightly as you began to quickly run back up to UA. You guess Mr Aizawa was still in the classroom so that's where you headed first, you ran up the stairs careful to not trip over. You ran through the hallway until you made it to class 1-A. With one hand you pulled open the door to reveal the teacher standing at the desk. You panted a small sigh of relief as you slowly crouched down to catch your breath. Aizawa moved towards you in a worried manner, he stared down at the box confused before he realised what was exactly inside there. He picked up one of the cats holding it as it purred on him. You looked up cheeks red from the workout and embarrassment before you spoke.

'I'm sorry, I didn't know who to go too.' you whispered,

'It's okay,' Aizawa sighed,

The other cat leapt into your arms as the two of you, both sat on the floor. You told him why you came to him, you didn't really know who to go to but it was a sigh of relief when he said he would help you look after them and well the two of you finally began to bond which helped you become more sociable with your classmates.

It had been a week or so since you found the cats in the alleyway. Aizawa had adopted them for you, and the two of you would make the walk to his apartment like today to see the cats, yet this time you were joined by two others this time but they brought kitten treats and donuts so it wasn't that bothersome. PresentMic was continuously bugging Aizawa while you and Shinso were just glaring at the two. Mr Aizawas' apartment wasn't too far away and the stairs to his apartment burned your legs but they weren't as and as the first time you went to his house. The four of you entered the house and straight away Aizawa had to stop PresentMic from scaring the kittens, while you and Shinso just sat on the couch with a kitten sitting on his knee. The two of you just continued to pet it and give it treats. You could tell Aizawa was giving you a glare as you and Shinso continued to talk. You guessed Presentmic got the idea and he took Shinso off to get snacks from a shop close by, Shinso just placed the cat in your laps before he left the apartment.

You could feel Aizawa stare at you as you glared back at him before you broke the comfortable silence.

'Aizawa, you got something you want to say?' you sighed,

'You and Shinso-' you cut him off,

Cheeks red you stared at him, in almost anger and embarrassment.

'It's not like that!' you whined,

The man just chuckled, in all truths he wasn't that far off in all honesty, yet you had to keep calm in this situation.

'I was only joking but I can see he likes you too,' he paused seeing your cheeks almost redder than before which made him chuckle, 'I wanted to say I'm proud of you,'

You sat there wanting to cry due to hearing those words of "i'm proud of you" it just made you feel so good.

'Aizawa,'

He was about to say something but PresentMic and Shinso returned too early, Presentmic sat beside Aizawa handing him a coffee while Shinso gave you a strawberry milkshake and took his seat next to you. Your legs were touching, and well with a small smile to one another you secretly held his hand though you knew the two teachers knew the two of you were. One cat laid curled in your lap while the other jumped from couch to couch. You had to thank these cats, for if you didn't find them on that fateful day then you would have never met your favourite teacher Aizawa, never made friends with your classmates and PresentMic and well you would have never met Shinso, so you had to thank them wholeheartedly.
