you knew ash would be pissed as hell but you knew it was worth it to pull this prank on him, and you liked making him mad so why not?

you had seen many videos of these girls ignoring their boyfriends for 24 hours to see their reaction, and you couldn't hide the fact that you were pretty curious to see ash's reaction.

I woke up at 6.30am and started to get ready for school, since ash hardly ever came to school I knew that at least for those 6 hours I would have no problem ignoring him. in the middle of my science class I got a notification from Ashtray, where he sent me a "goodmorning <3", for a moment I thought of answering him but then I remembered that the night before I had decided to ignore him for the whole day, so I simply turned off my phone without even viewing the text.

during class I kept getting texts from Ashtray asking me if I was okay, if something had happened to me, why I wasn't responding, if he had done something to me and many other such messages, it became impossible to ignore him.

while I was eating I put my phone down on the table, but I kept getting texts from him. "yo, what's wrong with your bf?" my friend asked, pointing to my phone that kept turning on and off, I giggled and put my phone on dnd mode so I wouldn't see any more ntf from him.

"I'm just playing the kind of prank where you ignore your boyfriend for 24 hours" I replied taking a sip from my can of coke. "girl you crazy? he's going to go crazy and kill someone!" shouted your friend making all the other girls at the table laugh.

"yes, that's definitely an option" I replied laughing.

It was afternoon now and I had gotten 50 missed calls and 109 unread messages from him, I felt so bad because I knew right now he was having a thousand of thoughts about what he had done to me. 

I was scrolling through Tik Tok when I got a message from him

y/n I'm getting so pissed off right now, you won't even respond to a text from me, and if you're not going to text me I'm coming to your house.

I jumped out of bed worried, there was no way he was coming to my house or the whole plan would fall apart. I quickly settled down to look more presentable, grabbed my bike and pedaled to the gas station, knowing I would find him right there.

when I walked in I was immediately greeted by Fezco, who looked at me rather confused, "yo y/n the fuck happened to you, ash kept saying you haven't responded to any of his texts or calls, I think he might kill himself in an hour" he said in his usual quiet voice, "oh wow, well I'm playing one of those pranks where you ignore your boyfriend for 24 hours, so yeah, nothing bad happened to me" I replied putting my hands in the pockets of my jeans raising my eyebrows.

"oh shit... got it" he said chuckling slightly as he shook his head, "is him here?" I asked looking through the shelves, "yeah of course he's there" he replied in an obvious tone making me giggle, "you're right, can ya help me carry on this joke?" I asked him hopefully, I really didn't want to give up now, even though I sounded cruel.

"hell yeah, it will be so funny to see him get pissed off because you won't kiss him back or sum shit" he replied rather excitedly laughing, making me laugh too. "ok then you play along, I'll call him and get him over here" he said getting off the counter, going behind the register, I nodded with a smile

"thanks"

"for what? this shit will be fun."

I started walking through the shelves, making sure to stay away from the frezeer, trying to decide what to buy since I was actually really hungry. "yo ash come here!" I heard Fezco yell, "I'm coming!" yelled Ashtray, I had missed his voice, fuck.

I started to feel my heart beat faster when I heard his footsteps, what was I supposed to do now? as long as they were just messages it was easy to ignore him, but now that I would have him in front of me I didn't know how much I would be able to resist. "what's up?" he said to fez, they started talking about some bullshit Fezco made up at the moment and I decided to grab a packet of chips to make some noise, the two stopped talking for a few seconds.

"who the fuck is that?" said Ashtray looking at his brother raising an eyebrow, "dunno" replied Fezco shrugging and resuming talking about the stuff from earlier. with my packet of chips I popped up in front of them, playing dumb, picking up various cans.

"y/n what the fuck?!" almost shouted Ashtray, but I didn't turn towards him and continued to inspect the various energy drinks, "you ok ma? the fuck is wrong with ya" he said approaching me, I could feel his hot breath on my neck and fuck, why did I decide to pull this shitty prank.

I walked away and inspected the other hallways, "y/n you're serious now, why the fuck are you ignoring me? I didn't do nun to you" he said getting pissed, trying to grab my arm but I backed away, not even looking at him, I felt so bad.

"please can you tell me what I did to you? I need to hear your voice so bad..." he begged as he continued to walk behind me, I turned to him meeting his gaze for a few seconds then walking towards the counter where Fezco was.

"I'll just take these" I spoke putting things on the counter "they're $7.86" he said. "what the fuck are you talking to my brother now and not me, seriously y/n you pissing me off so much" he said standing next to me looking at both me and Fezco shocked, I took the money and gave it to fez.

"bye fez, see ya" I said grabbing my stuff and walking out of the gas station, Ashtray ran after me stopping me by my arm. "y/n I won't ask you again, tell me what the fuck is wrong with you or I swear-"

"leave me alone" I said yanking my arm from his grip, he looked at me surprised and opened his lips slightly not knowing what to say, he looked so hurt, my heart broke at that sight.

"what... y/n, did I do something to you, I don't understand why you're acting this way with me, it makes me feel bad cause Ion understand what I did wrong so I can't make it better and it's just driving me crazy" he confessed his feelings to me, which he rarely did even though I had known him for months, but I just stared at him.

"I can't help but think that maybe you've found someone else, and that you're a coward for not telling me that you're cheat-"

I stopped him immediately because I never wanted him to think something like that, I would never, ever cheat on him and I didn't want the idea to even cross his mind.

"ash, I swore on us, I have no one else but you, please believe me, I'm so sorry if I ignored you but I wanted to play a prank on you where I had to ignore you for 24 hours and-"

"it was all a fucking prank?!"

"yes, yes I'm so sorry ash, you didn't do anything wrong" I reassured him by stepping closer to him and putting my hands around his neck, "you fucking scared me so much y/n" he sighed chuckling slightly, "so you're not mad at me?" I asked hopefully biting my bottom lip.

"of course I am y/n, you scared the shit out of me, I couldn't figure out what the fuck I did to you, I was going to kill someone" he confessed, making me giggle, my friend was right. "I know and I'm sorry, I'll do anything to make it up to you" I said placing a kiss on his nose, I loved his nose.

"the only thing I want is to be with you all night, and maybe I will forgive you" he said with a smirk giving me a kiss, I nodded my head smiling

"I think I can accommodate you" I said giving him another kiss.
