Y/n's POV

"Why didn't you moved to the biggest house? I told you to move there with Xiaoting"

"Mom, im sure her management won't let her move away from her-"

"They said it's fine. I will move in with her, mom" my jaw dropped as i turn to Xiaoting. Did she really- did she and my mom talked without me knowing? "Good! Let's all move your things tomorrow!" What about her group? What about Yurina girl? And what about my group?!

"Mom, I told you I'm debuting soon, right?" I put my utensils down as felt myself lost appetite. "Hmm, congratulations!" Both my mom and Xiaoting's clapped their hands in a mannerly way. "Me and my group are actually living in this house, I cant just move away" my feet can't stop stomping itself. Xiaoting was sitting beside me and I know she noticed my movements. Ziyin-jie was also sitting on my right, eating silently. She was silent since she came, she probably got some travel sickness or something. I helped her with her bags earlier and I noticed she and Xiaoting never said hi to each other. I thought they were close friends... but it's fine I guess, I don't want Ziyin-jie to be friends with a cheater anyways.

"You can let them stay here and move to the next house. It's not that far" Not that far, but it's one drive away from this section of the mountain! I mentioned before that the houses are located on a mountain. When you look on the left side of the house, it's a forest and when you look on the right side where the bedrooms were located, you can see the city light from below.

"But mom, I need to practice with them everyday" I kept on coming with excuses. I dont want to live with Xiaoting. She will only bring home Yurina with her and I don't want that to happen. I will shoot them both with a shotgun if that happens, just kidding. 

"Mom..." she looked sternly at me. Here we go again, 'what mother wants, what mother gets'

"Are you disobeying me again, Song Y/n?" I shook my head while pouring. "It's just... nothing, fine... i guess?" As much as I want to expose Xiaoting, I cant because I got no proofs yet. And, both of our moms are long time friends, I don't want to ruin it. "I know it's awkward because you two didn't meet for like... a year? But the bond before will come back eventually" my mom assured me. Oh well, the bond will never be broken if she didn't cheat on me. I was looking forward on meeting with her again the day I came to Korea but after the revelation, I dont know anymore. I really wished it was just a dream but it's not.

"Dont worry mom, I will take care of her" I heard Xiaoting spoke. I lifted my left foot and placed it above her right foot. "Of course you will" I turn to her once again. "Mom, are the shotgun displays real ones?" I pointed the display on the living area. "They are, why did you ask? You cant touch them" a smile formed on my lips. Im not planning on killing Xiaoting, I'm just scaring her. "Oh I wont"

"But if someone asks Xiaoting out, you can point the gun to them" I heard Mama Shen chuckled. "Dont think twice, shoot them ha-ha" She's sounds serious but I know that's just a joke. "Dont worry about her, she's just kidding" I turn to Ziyin jie-jie and she's still eating her food silently. Halfway the show, she return home due to 'Personal Problem' but turns out she was only sick of the toxic environment on the show. She told me that some staffs were not very nice towards non-koreans so she wanted to go home early.

"Im finished eating" i stood up, not forgetting to stomp lightly on Xiaoting's right foot.

"Where's your ring?" I stopped on my track after hearing Xiaoting's mom. "And Xiaoting, where is yours?"

"I left it in my house, ma" she said. She seems calm, im panicking right now. I just lost my ring. "Go get it! I thought you two are never gonna take it off"

"Wait a minute" I'm doomed. That diamond ring our mothers bought, I can clearly remember what her mother said the day we got engaged...

"You cant lose it. If one of you two lost that ring, your fingers will be chopped off as well" scary, but since the both of us took it off, they thought we were just setting it aside. I ran towards my room and searched my drawers. My heart was thumping really fast, I dont want Xiaoting's mother to get angry at me, I saw her scold Xiaoting before and it was really terrifying.

Xiaoting's POV

"Oh, unnie? You're back?" I saw the girls watching some movie in the living room. The house feels full because there were like 12 of them. "I just forgot to bring something" I ignored their following questions and ran upstairs. I opened my accessory drawer and took the rings in one of the boxes. I hid them in my pocket and ran back to Y/n's house.

"Y/n is taking so long, go get her, hun" her mom told me. I just know she's panicking right now because she can't find hers. She's probably worrying about her fingers, my mom threatened us not to lose one of them.

The house is the same with ours so I memorized the place already. The rooms also has their names and there were like 5 more vacant rooms in one hallway. I read all of the door signs until I reached Y/n's. I didnt hesitate to open it, revealing a stressed looking Y/n. She was throwing her clothes all over the place from her drawers. "Where did I put it" i heard her mumble.

"Yang" I called her. She froze on her spot once again just like earlier. She knows it's me. I'm the only person who calls her Yang, her mother's surname. Her real family name is Song but to protect her identity, her family legalized her surname as Yang or Xu. Yang sounds more Korean than Xu so they used Yang. (Song- father surname, Yang- mother surname, Xu- mother middle name, Zhou- father middle name)

"What? Can't you see im busy?" I heard her complain. "Did you lost yours?" I asked. She shook her head. She rarely lies but everytime she lies, it's mostly white lies. Back when we were still 16, since our parents forbids us on going outside, we went out secretly and it was all my plan. We climbed down from her window towards the riverside not that far from their house. We got caught later on and she took all the blame. Her phone was confiscated after and we were unable to see each other for a day. Another one was when we got late at school because I slept late. She told the teacher that it was all her fault for buying a coffee, knowing we were late already. She doesn't drink coffee so it's obviously a lie. I think she was just protecting me from punishments...

"I know you're lying again" I sat down on her bed. "I got yours, dont worry" I took out the ring and showed it to her. She showed no reaction at all and tried to snatch it. "Hey, give it to me" i hid it back on my pockets making her impossible to get it. "Why are you doing this? First, you ruined our relationship then now you want my fingers to get cut off?"

"It's not that... let me explain first, okay?" I stood up, walking closer to her. I havent hugged her yet. I really want to but I guess she will dodge me again. "What is it you want to explain? You cant make excuses, your member clearly told me that you're dating that Yurina girl" she scoffed. "Nevermind, you can keep that ring" she rolled her eyes before turning around. Y/n doesn't have this attitude before, well, except on being straightforward and funny, but she rarely rolls her eyes, scoff and sneer at me before. She was about to walk away when I grabbed her hand that made her stop. I really want to tell her that I don't really love Yurina but she won't let me talk.

Ziyin's POV

"They're taking so long. Call them down, Roada" my aunt instructed me. I stood up from my seat and climb upstairs. We used to live here before, the month before the competition started. They thought I rented this house but my aunt let me stay here with Ruiqi and Wen Zhe. They never knew that my aunt owns this place. I also threw a party for the whole C-group in this house.

I read the signs on the door until I saw the last ones on the far right corner. It sounds quiet but I think they're still arguing. I came to Korea because Y/n called for me, telling me that I'm going to debut with them on the second line up. I was the first member to be added, at first, i thought Y/n did this because im her cousin but she told me even Do Kyungsoo sunbaenim recommend me to her. It seems like vocal matters to Kyungsoo sunbaenim.

"What are you doing?"

"Let me explain, please?"

"I told you, you can keep that ring. I rather have my fingers cut off than to stay with you" that must be hurt for Xiaoting. They're relationship before was really precious. They looked like two sweet best friends hanging around but in reality, they are engaged. Y/n would always bring Xiaoting with her when she go to our house. I trusted Y/n to Xiaoting but that trust was now gone.

"Please, Y/n"

"Let go of me"

"I cant"

"Huh? I don't get it, you know... you cheated means you fell out of love already, now why is it hard for you to let me go? Isn't this what you wanted? If I didn't came here, you will still break the engagement to be with Yurina, right? Just... move on, Xiaoting. And can you not talk to me again? Please"

"I still love you, please let me talk just once tonight"

"You talked multiple times already tonight and that's over the limit of "once", and, dont say things like that ever again. Yurina might hear you. Don't cheat on another person again, will you?" Y/n sounds strong but I know she will break down once Xiaoting isn't around anymore. She never cried over Xiaoting before. She never cried over somebody except those dramas she watched.

"Im telling the truth, I still love you"

"And I dont, good bye Shen Xiaoting"

"You're lying again"

I heard stomps coming on my way. I didnt moved at all. I got something to confess to Y/n as well. Maybe... if I watched Xiaoting closely before, this would never happen. Right? I play a huge role here and I dont want Y/n to loss her trust at me.

"Jie-jie, w-what are you doing here?"

"Can I... talk to the both of you?"
