"Why did you even drunk that much?"

"I didn't knew I drunk that much, my mind was blank"

"What? You're talking normally not until we reached our house"

"Maybe that was my drunk state? I'm never going to drink again. Don't tell this to dad" Y/n closed her eyes, fighting her throbbing head as her and her members were going to their first schedule which is the filming for MCountdown. Ziyin, who she was talking to, was their acting manager for music show schedules. D.O. got his own schedule so he can't watch the girls' performance.

"I don't remember what happened as well, I thought Jiaqi-jie was in front of me so I talked to her... I was surprised she was replying to my questions, I think I was lucid dreaming last night" Y/n opened one of her eyes slowly. "I haven't talked to her after a long time too"

"You haven't still, you were talking to Xiaoting last night"

"I saw her in my dreams too!... but I didn't talked to her there"

"Not in your dreams... you were talking to her personally" Ziyin told her cousin. "But I was asleep... and I'm never going to talk to her ever again! She didn't congratulated me or something" Y/n sighed. She was extremely sad as Xiaoting 'ignored' her just before the day of her debut. "Did you see the bouquet of flowers beside your dresser earlier?"

"No... I woke up on the couch, i didn't entered my room because you guys dragged me to the van all of the sudden"

"Wait- you haven't showered yet?!" Roada gasped while covering her nose. "What? Of course I did! I cleaned myself before going outside! I even changed my clothes... see?" She raised up her right foot to show Ziyin the pants that doesn't reached her toe. "You didn't went to your room, who's clothes are those? And the pants looks smaller than you"

"These are your clothes, duh. Your room was the closest one in the stairs so I went in. I only borrowed the top and pants tho. I used the new undies hidden on the bottom drawer"

"New undies?"

"Mom prepared everything, of course. Just incase people visit the house and forgot some things, we have it" the clueless Ziyin just nodded her head then went silent. The girls at the back seat were asleep. Just like Y/n, Ruiqi and Dayeon drunk a few shots but they don't have that much hangover like Y/n has. Hikaru and Jia never touched the alcohols but still tired.

"Hey... whats with the bouquet that you said earlier?" Y/n turn to Ziyin once again. Her headache started to fade away so she's starting to feel comfortable again.

"Wait until we get home, go see it in your own"

Xiaoting's POV

It's 7 in the evening already, Mcountdown finished at 6. I watched it live, of course. Why would I miss their performance. Even their debut showcase, i watched it in Vlive... I never thought Y/n was good at acting. I invited her before to join the theater club before but she immediately declined and went to join the Piano club instead.

I was a member of theater club back in high school. Mostly, I do interpretative dances and musicals. Y/n would always watch my live performances or rehearsals when she's not busy. I'm always paired up with boys before too. Y/n never gets jealous easily so she's okay with it.

"Why are you asking me that?" She raised an eyebrow at me, putting the small book in her hand back inside her bag. "If you want to join the musical, go on. I will watch it"

"I have a male partner, is that okay?" I asked her. I want her to know first before officially joining the musical. I was selected as one of the performers in this stage because we're on our last years already. I used to join the ballet club but I want to try something new. If Y/n will agree, this is going to be my first and last stage. "Of course it's okay, you're probably doing well thats why they casted you as one of the leads. And don't worry about me, I will still watch. Whoever your partner will be, you will still end up with me. I trust you. I know you will never replace me." She gave me an assuring smile before patting my head. "I will never stop you from your dreams. We only live once so do the things you wanted to do while we're still breathing"

She used to trust me. Like, for everything! She told me a lot of secrets and I told her mines. We trusted each other fully.  Before.

"Jie-jie, long time no talk" I heard someone spoke. I was sitting on our neighbor's (YXY's) porch, waiting for the group to return. I turn to the person and saw it was Manami. Her face didn't changed at all, she's still that cute-looking kid from the program but actually, she's not a kid anymore.

"How are you? And Yurina-chan?" Oh, and she's one of Yurina's closest friends. I remember her watching Yurina's confession to me before with Reina, Vivienne and Miu.

"I'm fine" I shortly replied. I don't want to answer the question about me and Yurina. Speaking of Yurina, she's always shopping with the other members. What can I expect? She's super rich. Probably richer than my entire family combined. "What about you and Yurina?" Manami repeated her question.

"We're fine... when are you going to debut?" I changed the topic. I don't want to talk about this right now... or forever. "In August... unnies will take a month off then prepare for another line up. Me and the others need to train too. We need improvements so tomorrow, we have to go to our classes."

"What? I don't understand the distribution of your group... so they debuted, then will join you three's debut? I thought it's going to be sub-units first then group?"

"Ani~ they debuted, right? Then we'll be the addition members. Then in the third line-up, all of us 8 will perform with the other added members"

"Ah... so the group will expand and expand?"

"Exactly" but their agency doesn't have any trainees, right? "Who's in the third line-up?"

"We don't know yet but I think the final line-up will be 12 members. We're the final Japanese members" oh, so there will be C-group members. "And Ziyin unnie is here already, right? She's one of them. Anyways... why's Hikaru very angry at you?" Her vocabulary is still not fixed. I'm amazed we can still understand each other even though our Korean language is a bit bad.

"I dont know... Y/n is her mother so..."

"So? Is there something I don't know?" I can't tell Manami... she's a loyal of Yurina. "I..." please someone save me here...

"Man-chan!"

"Bora unnie!" Manami stood up all of the sudden then ran to the other house. I sighed heavily, that was close. I really hate being stuck in a situation like this. I want to resolve the issue fast but that will affect mine and Yurina's friendship and probably going to affect our group. They will hate me.

"Xiaoting! What are you doing there? Dinner!" Bora, again, shouted. Both her and Manami entered the house. I glanced at the gates and it was still dark, no cars incoming.

"I'll comeback later, I guess" i sighed once again then left the porch.

Time check, it's already 12 in the morning. Xiaoting was on her room's balcony, the one across Y/n's. A van came earlier but only Dayeon, Jia and Hikaru went out. She waited for Y/n's presence to come down but no one followed.

Hikaru saw her but ignored her after. She then asked Dayeon but the older replied "She ate hot pot with Ziyin-unnie, Ruiqi and friends". Xiaoting asked who are these friends and Dayeon said it was the new friends Y/n made during promotions in MCOUNTDOWN. 

Still waiting, Xiaoting opened her phone for Y/n's updates. YXY's group page only released a group photo in Mnet's hallways, nothing else. She doesn't want to text her, she needs to talk to her personally.

Xiaoting sighed. She called her mom instead but she was busy. She then received a phone call from Y/n's mom.

"Hi dear, how are you? I heard about the accident" Y/n's mom frowned. It looks like she's still in her office and note that it's already 11 pm in China. "Im fine, mom. I'm waiting for Y/n to come back home"

"She's still not home? Where is she?"

"She's eating outside with Ziyin-jie. Don't worry, mom"

"I forgot to tell you, we sent guards there to look out for the both of you. It seems like they knew about your location already so always stay beside each other, okay? Always look for each other"

'They?' Xiaoting was puzzled. "What do you mean, mom?"

"The enemies... her father is getting promoted soon. Expect the tight security. Tell this to her, okay?" Xiaoting nodded her head and right on time, another van stopped in front of the gates.

"Oh, they're here already? Talk to you next time, mom. Bye! Love you!" Xiaoting ended the call. She run downstairs, doesn't care if she's being loud or not. She went outside to the gates and as Y/n went out of the door, she didnt hesitate to jump on her.

"H- Wh-"

"Its me, its me" Y/n can tell, it's the lavender perfume she can smell. She lifted the clinging Xiaoting away from the doors so the others can go outside.

"Shen Xiaoting?"

Xiaoting's eyes shut open. It sounded like... it can't be...

"Aiya~ Shen Xiaoting!" Another voice said. It doesn't sounded like Ziyin, nor Ruiqi.

"How are you, girl?"

"Ey, you still awake? Did you know we'll come here?"

"Ooh, I see Y/n's our fam now too"

"Jie-jie!"

Xiaoting untied her arms around her fiancée then looked behind the taller girl.

"Hi... guys"

"Give us hugs! We're fully quarantined" Wen Zhe went to hug Xiaoting first then followed by Chenhan, Zige, Yubing, Yaning and finally, Xingqiao.

"Surprise! We'll stay here for our 3 week vacation!"
